Good things here
Good transportation options are there, with easy availability of auto cabs. There is no traffic, and parking is convenient. The ventilation is good, and there is not much seepage, only occasionally during the rainy season. The elevators are sufficient, with one for people and one service elevator. The gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained, and the neighbors in the society are cooperative. The swimming pool and gym are available, though there are some charges. The society has 500 flats, and despite some issues, there are amenities available to residents.
Things need improvement
There are many cats in our blocks, which is not ideal. The swimming pool and gym being chargeable is a downside, especially since last year there were issues with the swimming pool, and it should not be charged. Maintenance is not very good, with garbage collection often being inconsistent, leading to overnight garbage attracting rats and spreading dirt. The open gym lacks sufficient equipment, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the society need improvement. Additionally, the charges for the gym and pool are too high, and the equipment in the open gym is insufficient.

The society boasts excellent greenery, creating a serene environment. Connectivity via cabs and auto rickshaws is easily accessible and convenient. Water facilities are available round-the-clock, enhancing convenience. Power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is efficient, managing both wet and dry waste regularly to maintain cleanliness. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are well-maintained, offering diverse recreational options. Public transportation is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk. Nearby hospitals provide easy access to medical facilities. Ample parking spaces, including visitor parking, are available. Residents can also participate in various cultural activities and celebrations within the community, fostering a vibrant social atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in our society is subpar, evident from numerous external cracks in the buildings. Additionally, the maintenance charges are quite high, around 4000 per month, posing a significant financial burden on residents.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and table tennis are not available in the vicinity. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are also available in the vicinity. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily in the vicinity. Connectivity is easy with cabs available if we book Ola or Uber in the vicinity. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are within walking distance, which is very convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the vicinity. Parking is spacious in the vicinity. There is visitor parking available in the vicinity. We can celebrate festivals with family in the vicinity.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good because it is a 10-year-old building, so there are minor issues like cracks that are very inconvenient. Autos are also available in the vicinity if we book Ola, which is convenient.

Good things here
Society is well maintained and cleaned all the time with timely garbage collection. society has all the amenities like, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool within the society. There is no leakage and seepage issue in the building without any cracks in all the parts of the building.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is not that good because resident need to wait so much to get public transport like rickshaw, auto, bus nearby the society or they need to walk for some distance to get them away from the society.

Good things here
The connectivity is fine. Metro is not here, buses are available here, autos, all things are easily available. Al the basic amenities like gym, clubhouse, shopping complex etc are available here. No leakage, seepage or maintenance problem. It is pretty decent place to live in. I have not come accross any problem yet.

Good things here
I like that everyone in the society plays almost every weekend, and many sports activities are done often. we have proper playgrounds a sports amenities in society. the people living around are good and sports give a chance to interact with them more. we do celebrate festivals together and society is well maintained as they accommodate everything inside the premises it self connectivity is good apart from the metro everything is available and hospitals and markets are avaialbe within 1 KM.
Things need improvement
As there is a construciton goin on near the society so their is a lot of dust and noice around hte society rest i do not have any dislikes in the society...

I do not like anything in the society, i am a tendent here would never buy a flat here.

Construction quality of the buildings as well as the floors. bohot zada water leakage issue aata hai. seepage issue bhohot zada hai. the swimming pool of the society is not operational since last 2 years. gym equipments are 100% dead, we do have a clubhouse but their is litrelly nothing inside the clubhouse its empty.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is good as public transport is available easily, there are hospitals and markets available near the society. the construction quality of the building is also phenomenal as the material used is of good quality and this is a newly constructed society we do not face any issues like seepage or waterlogging. people in the society are very friendly and co-operative and celebration of festivals are done together only. everything we require is available near the society it self.

I do not have any dislikes about the society as i like the way it is.

In this society, there are only seven floors, and the smaller population compared to other societies is considered a positive aspect.
