Good things here

Road conditions and street lights are also good. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The maintenance is good of the society, it's kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Cross ventilation in all the rooms is a plus for me. electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Lifts works fine and timely maintenance is done. Security guards are available. Garden area is available. The people are overall good and social in the society. There are no issues regarding pets. Parking is alloted and there is good amount of parking space in the society.

Things need improvement

Transportation is a major concern of this society, there is no railway or metro station nearby the society. There are very limited buses available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is not available in the society. All are under construction. In terms of water supply there have been issues in the society as sometimes there is no water supply. Plaster fittings are not that good. The construction quality is average.

There's a nearby market for convenience, and each resident has designated parking. Rules are followed diligently, ensuring a harmonious living environment. Residents benefit from round-the-clock electricity and water supply, and there's regular garbage collection with proper segregation. The neighbourhood is friendly and cooperative, with neighbours always willing to lend a helping hand. Elevators are well-maintained, enhancing convenience for residents.

Unfortunately, there are issues with the water supply, which can be inconvenient for residents. The society lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, garden, club, and play area for children, which limits recreational opportunities. Additionally, the quality of materials used in the construction of the building is poor, which could impact durability and maintenance costs over time. Furthermore, bus services are not readily available, which may pose transportation challenges for some residents.

Good things here

Neighbors were good, and public transport like autos and rickshaws was readily available. Shops, grocery stores, malls, and markets were all available nearby.

Things need improvement

There were significant issues with parking; there were no clear rules or regulations. During the year I was away, someone parked my bike outside, exposing it to rain and sun, causing damage. Garbage often piled up on the stairs and wasn't cleared for many days. Balcony maintenance was lacking; instead of walls, there were only iron railings, which became slightly damaged and posed a risk of falling down. The lift also wasn't well-maintained. The clubhouse was under construction, and the park was poorly maintained at that time. The society was a bit congested with limited space. In the area, there were incidents of theft, making it deserted by 8 pm. There were no nets for pigeons and doves, so they would enter the society and cause mess in the corridors. Though solar panels were available, they were not operational; they were just kept on the terrace without maintenance. Cultural events were not celebrated much. The construction quality was average.

The proximity to Sanjay Gandhi National Park is a significant plus, offering a touch of greenery and a serene environment close to home. The maintenance team does a great job, especially with the well-kept garden that provides a pleasant space for relaxation. The construction quality of the apartments is solid, ensuring a comfortable living experience. Additionally, the neighbors are friendly and cooperative.

There are some issues. The buildings need better maintenance, as some haven't been renovated and show signs of wear and tear. Also, there are hardly any amenities available besides parking. This means residents miss out on things like parks or services that could make life easier and more enjoyable. Improving maintenance and adding more amenities would make a big difference in making the housing society better for everyone.
