Build quality was really good and there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Rooms were spacious and attached with balcony.Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors.All the modern amenities were available in the society and tenants were allowed use without paying extra charges.bacholers were allowed in the society.Local transport facilities were easily availablle around the society.
There was partial power back up available like only for common lights and lifts.Railway station was far away from the society.

The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with local transport easily accessible nearby. The quality of roads is good, and essentials and groceries are available nearby. All amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and garden, are well-maintained and equipped. Lifts are operational and properly maintained. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply, and daily cleaning is conducted, with wet and dry garbage collected separately. Neighbors are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated together. Owners benefit from allocated parking spaces within�the�society.
The main concern in the society these days is the frequent increase in maintenance charges by the management team, reaching a higher level. The build quality has deteriorated over the 10 years since construction, resulting in leakage and seepage problems, with owners bearing the costs. The maintenance committee focuses only on external issues and does not address internal leakage and seepage problems within the units. CCTV coverage is lacking in the lift area, posing a security concern. There is a shortage of guards relative to the size of the building, necessitating an increase in their numbers. Allocated visitors' parking is unavailable, and the guards are not adequately trained to manage parking issues effectively. The gym is not well-equipped, and some residents have damaged equipment, indicating a lack of adherence to rules and regulations within�the�society.

The cleanliness and maintenance in the society are outstanding, and it's the best among all the nearby societies.
The overall facilities in the society could use some improvement, and it would be great to have more cultural events.

They've made women's safety a priority, and the build quality is excellent. The amenities are well taken care of, and getting auto cabs is a breeze. The lifts are in good shape, and we have 24/7 water supply.
Unfortunately, bachelors aren't allowed in the society. We don't have 24/7 electricity, but the society has backup power facilities in place.
