The society offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids play area, and indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable, ensuring affordability for residents. Connectivity options such as cab and ride-sharing services are easily accessible within walking distance, provided they are booked in advance. Security measures are commendable, ensuring the safety of residents at all times. The water facility is excellent, available 24/7, and power backup is also in place, ensuring uninterrupted services. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste at designated times. The residents of the society are known to be friendly and respectful, contributing to a harmonious community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as table tennis and badminton courts, which may be disappointing for residents interested in these activities. Additionally, the parking area is congested, which could pose challenges for residents in finding adequate parking space. Moreover, the roads adjacent to the society are not well-maintained and are often dusty, especially in the corners, detracting from the overall cleanliness and appeal of the area.

Good things here
Our society offers a range of well-maintained amenities, including a swimming pool and a children's play area. Transportation is convenient, with cabs and auto-rickshaws available nearby and the option to book Ola. The maintenance charges are reasonable at around 1100 rupees. Parking is spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, with designated visitor parking as well. Security is excellent, with guards present both inside and outside the society.
Things need improvement
Public transportation, such as bus stations, is available, but they are inconveniently located about 3-4 km from the city. Metro stations are available nearby. Additionally, the greenery around the city could be improved.

Good things here
The water facility in the city is excellent, available 24/7. Power backup is also provided. The parking areas are spacious throughout the city. Connectivity, including cab stands and auto-rickshaw stands, is easily accessible within walking distance and also nearby. Booking Ola and Uber is hassle-free in the city. Additionally, amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society isn't good, leading to leakages in the walls and seepages in the bathrooms. Maintenance charges in the city are expensive. Additionally, there is no visitor parking area in the society.

Good things here
Auto and Ola cabs are allowed to come, there's no traffic issue, most flats have parking (though I don't need it), and there are swimming pool and children's play area. The people are good, mostly from different parts of India, especially South India.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good in this 8-9 year old apartment, with some cracks but no seepage. Maintenance is just okay, garbage collection isn't very clean, one of the three elevators is always switched off, there's no CCTV, and security services are lacking.

Electronic city is the fast growing area in bangalore with many IT hubs. Best recommended for student as tech industries are nearby and ammenities like swimming pool, gym, clubs are nearby.
Things need improvement
Cost of living is higher as compared to other, maintainence fees and very jams are their in public transports. This can make commuting to and from work and school a challenge.

The construction quality is poor, with issues of seepages in bathrooms and faulty flushes in flats. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Additionally, the lack of facilities such as supermarkets, grocery markets, and fruit stalls nearby is inconvenient, as they are located far from the society.

Maintenance of the clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, badminton court, and football court is managed well in the society. The atmosphere within the society is spacious and serene. The association is very proactive and efficient. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Hospitals are conveniently located within a 10-minute travel time from the society, which is convenient. Additionally, the parking area in the society is very spacious.
Things need improvement
Cabs and autos are not available in the society, and even if we attempt to book them, they are often unavailable during emergencies, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there is no power backup in the society, and the water facility is also poor in recent days. While there is a swimming pool, the cleaning maintenance is inadequate. The construction quality is poor; during rainfall, water seeps in through the windows, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, there is no designated visitors' parking area in the society, requiring visitors to park outside.
