Good things here
I really value the excellent connectivity here, making autos and cabs easily accessible. The well-maintained roads are a big plus, and having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds convenience. Each resident having designated parking is great, and I appreciate how well the community adheres to rules. The regular garbage collection, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste, is efficiently handled. We enjoy reliable electricity and water supply, and the amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are always well-kept. The neighbors are friendly, and as a tenant, I've felt warmly welcomed without any sense of discrimination.
Things need improvement
During my stay about a year ago, I did encounter issues like cockroaches, termites, and cracks in my apartment, which were uncomfortable. The distance to the railway station remains inconvenient, though overall, my experience has been positive.

Good things here
I lived there for 4 and a half years and had a great experience. There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and each resident has designated parking. The connectivity is good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The garbage collection is regular, with proper wet and dry segregation. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there is 24/7 electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the plaster and fittings are good. There are amenities like a gym and clubhouse, and the neighbors are friendly. CCTV cameras and security guards are also available.
Things need improvement
During my time there, everything was up to the mark, and I didn�t face any issues. However, the society could add more amenities to enhance the living experience.

Living here has been quite pleasant due to the well-maintained amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The connectivity is excellent, with public transport readily available, and having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience. Each resident gets designated parking, and I appreciate how the community strictly follows the rules. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and security guards. The regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is also commendable.
Things need improvement
The drainage system, however, is a major issue. I've never seen so many cockroaches in my life, which was quite unsettling. Aside from that, everything else was good.

Good things here
The people in the community are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. The community has amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Excellent parking and security. Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation.
Things need improvement
I have not faced any issues in the society at all in any aspect like connectivity , maintenance , construction , amenities or neighbourhood . Its a great society to live in with no major issues.

Things need improvement
While the maintenance, neighbors, amenities, and construction are rated highly, there could still be room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, despite the high ratings, occasional delays in maintenance responses have been noted, which could be more responsive.

Good things here
The location is kept spotless and is cleaned on schedule. The neighbors are kind, helpful, and willing to converse. The car and bus services are punctual, and the food and stationery stores are in the vicinity. In addition, there are all the facilities including a garden, pool, and gym.
Things need improvement
There are issues with the construction. In some places, there are problems with leakage and seepage, where water drips occasionally. There are also cracks in some areas. The walls have black stains, and there are blockages in the water pipes.

Good things here
Cleaning is done on time, and there is no dirt around. There are no problems with termites or cockroaches, and all amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and park are available. Neighbors are friendly and talk nicely, and all facilities are accessible.
Things need improvement
The grocery store is not inside the society, and autos, buses, and rickshaws are not available near the society. One has to go far to get them. There is also no proper parking facility or allotted parking available.

Residents celebrate all festivals and events within the community, fostering a friendly atmosphere. The construction quality is good, with no leakage problems. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, play area, and swimming pool are available, and activities are conducted often for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
The major problem in this society is heavy traffic, as it is located near the main road. Additionally, there is significant noise pollution caused by the constant flow of vehicles.

Connectivity was not that good , it was not easy to find autos, cabs and public transport. Swimming pool was not there in the society. I did not have much interaction with the neighbours due to covid, no festival celebration.

Good things here
Half of the apartments have a lake view, and the society is connected to the highway, providing easy access to Dmart and cabs. The table tennis area is well-maintained, and bachelor residents are permitted.
Things need improvement
There is a cockroach issue in this society, which needs to be addressed promptly to ensure a hygienic and comfortable living environment for all residents.
