Water facilities in the society are excellent, and reliable power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection services are efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste ensuring cleanliness. The society offers a range of well-maintained amenities including swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas, providing ample recreational options. Maintenance care is dependable, and there are plenty of open spaces outside houses, enhancing convenience. Schools are conveniently located within walking distance. Residents are friendly and respectful, contributing to a welcoming community atmosphere. Access to cabs and autos in the nearby city is very convenient, further adding to the convenience for residents. read more

The construction quality in the society is very poor, with noticeable seepages and cracks in the walls, which is highly inconvenient. Connectivity to public transport such as cabs and autos is not readily available, causing significant inconvenience. Even when booked in advance, availability remains an issue, further exacerbating the problem. Public transportation options are also not easily accessible, adding to the inconvenience for residents. The locality offers a very good environment. Parking is very spacious, and there is visitor parking available. Hospitals are nearby within a 1 km radius, which is very convenient for emergencies. read more

Connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available nearby. There are multiple markets within reach, and each resident has designated parking. The society follows rules, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbors are very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation keeps the place clean. read more
