Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily accessible with prior booking. The water facilities are excellent, and extensive power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste, which is very convenient. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, table tennis, kids' play areas, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained, offering residents convenient and enjoyable recreational options. Nearby bus stops and a metro station within walking distance of around 50 meters make commuting very convenient. Two hospitals in close proximity ensure quick access to medical services. The society boasts ample greenery, creating a pleasant environment. Security measures are well-maintained, ensuring residents' safety and peace of mind. read more

The construction quality in our society is inadequate, with noticeable leakages observed, particularly in the basements. Parking in the basement poses multiple issues, and there are problematic cracks as well, which is inconvenient for residents. Connectivity is easy via cabs and autos if we book through Ola and Uber in the city. The roads are very clean in the city. The maintenance of the city is very good, with excellent water facilities available 24/7 and reliable power supply. Garbage collection is very efficient, with wet and dry waste being collected separately. The construction quality is good; it is a solid building around 14 years old and still in good condition with no major issues. Recently, the building was repainted after 14 years. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities include a table tennis area and a football court. The parking area is very spacious, and visitor parking is available. The local market is very good and convenient. read more

The society has no issues with parking and there are no street dogs. The lifts work well and all amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks are available. Auto rickshaws, buses, and the metro are nearby, so you don't have to go far. Additionally, malls, clinics, hospitals, and schools are also close by. read more
