Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily accessible with prior booking. The water facilities are excellent, and extensive power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste, which is very convenient. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, table tennis, kids' play areas, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained, offering residents convenient and enjoyable recreational options. Nearby bus stops and a metro station within walking distance of around 50 meters make commuting very convenient. Two hospitals in close proximity ensure quick access to medical services. The society boasts ample greenery, creating a pleasant environment. Security measures are well-maintained, ensuring residents' safety and peace of mind.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in our society is inadequate, with noticeable leakages observed, particularly in the basements. Parking in the basement poses multiple issues, and there are problematic cracks as well, which is inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the maintenance of gym equipment is lacking, with some equipment being 13-14 years old, highlighting the need for improvements.

Good things here
Connectivity is easy via cabs and autos if we book through Ola and Uber in the city. The roads are very clean in the city. The maintenance of the city is very good, with excellent water facilities available 24/7 and reliable power supply. Garbage collection is very efficient, with wet and dry waste being collected separately. The construction quality is good; it is a solid building around 14 years old and still in good condition with no major issues. Recently, the building was repainted after 14 years. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities include a table tennis area and a football court. The parking area is very spacious, and visitor parking is available. The local market is very good and convenient.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, gym, and volleyball are available but not working and not maintained well. The swimming pool should be operational in the society.

Good things here
The society has no issues with parking and there are no street dogs. The lifts work well and all amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks are available. Auto rickshaws, buses, and the metro are nearby, so you don't have to go far. Additionally, malls, clinics, hospitals, and schools are also close by.
Things need improvement
Everyone in the society is in good health, and everything runs well. Nearby are all essential services and facilities, making them conveniently accessible. All chores and requirements are also quickly attended to.

The society enjoys good connectivity with easy access to public transport. It boasts all necessary amenities such as parks, gyms, and clubs, ensuring residents' convenience. The cleanliness standards are well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
Things need improvement
The building is not strong, with issues of seepage and water leakage. There is insufficient space for children to play, and neighbors do not interact much.

the society is filled with lush greenery. Well-maintained parks. There is no issue with the public transport. Metro connectivity is there in the area. Grocery stores and markets are available at walking distance. Delivery person is not allowed in the society without permission.
