Reflecting on my experience living in this society, I must say it has been quite delightful. With essential amenities such as a nearby school, hospital, and market, convenience is always within reach. Additionally, the presence of a hospital within our premises adds an extra layer of reassurance and accessibility for my family's well-being. The society's strategic location, right off the main road, ensures excellent connectivity and easy access to public transportation options like buses, autos, and cabs. The well-maintained roads further enhance the overall commuting experience. One aspect that stands out to me is the efficient garbage collection system, which includes segregating wet and dry waste, thus ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within our community. Furthermore, the presence of elevators ensures accessibility for residents of all ages. Moreover, the commendable construction quality, along with proper ventilation and the absence of termite issues, creates a comfortable living environment. The modern amenities available, such as the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, are meticulously maintained, offering ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. In addition to these features, the friendly and cooperative nature of our neighbors, combined with round-the-clock CCTV surveillance and security guards, fosters a sense of safety and security within our community. Overall, my experience in this society has been nothing short of satisfying.
Things need improvement
There are a couple of minor issues that needs attention. Firstly, there's a slight seepage problem in certain areas, although it's not pervasive enough to cause significant concern. Additionally, there are a few pet owners who occasionally allow their pets to create disturbances for others, which can be somewhat bothersome. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I must say that everything else about this society is quite commendable. From the well-maintained amenities to the friendly atmosphere fostered by our neighbors, it's been a pleasant experience overall.

The society's commitment to excellence is commendable. Residents benefit from high-quality amenities, such as the sparkling swimming pool and well-maintained gym. Easy access to various services and destinations is facilitated by an efficient public transportation system, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. The nearby lively markets, grocery stores, healthcare centers, and educational institutions serve daily commuters well. The expansive park offers children plenty of space for recreation, adding to the community's appeal. Known for its friendliness and hospitality, the community creates a welcoming atmosphere, while communication and network services remain consistently reliable.
Things need improvement
Overall, in the society, there were no issues; everything was good and well-maintained. The people of the society were kind, and cultural events were celebrated together.

Good things here
The connectivity was excellent as the society was connected to the highway, making autos readily available, and the roads around the society were in good condition with no traffic issues. The residents were friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the society. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was ample greenery. Security was good, and parking facilities were also satisfactory.
Things need improvement
In the society, every flat had issues with leakage and seepage. There was a significant problem with water supply, especially during summers, and if there was going to be a shortage of water on any day, the society management did not inform the residents in advance. Additionally, the cleanliness standards were not up to the mark.

Good things here
Access to the metro and auto-rickshaws is convenient near the society, and there's even a bus stop right below our building. The society is kept clean, and there are ongoing repairs for painting and fixing leakage/seepage issues. We have all the modern amenities like a clubhouse, park, and gym, and there's plenty of parking available. The people living here are friendly, and the lifts are well taken care of.
Things need improvement
There's no parking for visitors inside the society; they have to park outside. The flats here don't have balconies. The local railway station is about 10km away.

Good things here
Market area is 10 to 15 minutes away from the society and autos, cabs are easily available. The society is clean also. All cultural events are celebrated very well. cctv cameras installed and has security. Gym, swimming pool and all other modern amenities are present in the society.
Things need improvement
Though everything is great in society some issues which I face are that since metro is under construction some traffic issue arises and there is also problems regarding seepage issues. Apart from these issue I don't face any other issues.

Good things here
There is ample greenery in the society. The flats have good ventilation, and sufficient sunlight enters. All modern amenities are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The society faces several issues such as the lifts being out of service in the morning, leakage problems in flats, inadequate water supply, residents not being cooperative, festivals not being celebrated, and the swimming pool not being maintained. There is also a traffic issue near the society, and the connectivity is poor as autos are not easily available.

Good things here
The flats had balconies. the residents were cooperative. Ventilation was good, and there were no leakage or seepage issues. All modern amenities were well-maintained. Autos were easily available nearby, and there was 24/7 water supply. The society was clean. bachelors were allowed to reside.
Things need improvement
The local railway station was quite far from the society, taking about 30 minutes by auto. Sometimes, there was a traffic issue near the society's vicinity, especially if there was road work or construction going on.

Good things here
Overall my living experience in that society was during covid time ,so everyone has followed the norms which has been allocated by the govt and everyone was understanding and coparative at that time. Build quality is good security is good and cleaniness is top notch in that society.
Things need improvement
Society has allocated for parking for owners only there is no visitors parking in the society. Connectivity is not that great in that society. And no amenities were functional at that time due to covid norms.

Good things here
There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings are not good, seepage and pipe leakage issues are faced a lot. The services are not good in the society. There are staffs for issues to resolve but management is not good timely maintainance is not done. Maintainance charges are high of this society.

Good things here
Auto cabs were easily available around the society. Connectivity was really good. All the amenities were available in the society, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, gymnasium, and everything was very well maintained and fully functional. All the festivals were celebrated in the society, and people were very cooperative and helpful. High security was maintained as all the areas were under CCTV surveillance, and 24-hour security guards were available in the society. Allocated parking space was available for owners and visitors in the society, and 24-hour water and electricity supply were available�in�the�society.
Things need improvement
There was no railway station near the society. The build quality was really poor, and there were leakages and seepage issues in the society, which were really inconvenient. The managing committee signed to fix this issue, but it was somehow internal and not resolved�as�such.
