Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, and metro stations. Maintenance is reliable, and the construction quality of my apartment is solid without any visible problems like cracks or leaks. The amenities, such as the garden, children's play area, and gym, are well-maintained and enjoyable. There is always enough parking for both residents and guests, and there are no issues with stray dogs. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, with strong security measures and good CCTV coverage. Things need improvement
While my experience has been mostly positive, I have heard that there are termites in some of the other apartments. This has not affected my apartment, but it is a concern of my neighbours.

The absence of amenities like a swimming pool adds to residents' dissatisfaction. Furthermore, high charges coupled with poor association management exacerbate residents' concerns. Improvements are crucial to enhance the overall quality of life in the society.

Indeed, the project is extravagant. with a lot of areas for greenery that all the people may enjoy. Although there is always security there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the security is strong as well. However, cleaning needs more attention.

Malls, hotels, and IT firms are all around. We have nearby attractions such as OMR Food Street, Saravana Bhavan, and AGS & INOX Cinemas, so you won't need a car on the weekends.

The project has excellent transit accessibility (Public transport and Auto). Churches and temples are also close by. Due to the project's constant traffic, it is safe to venture out until the wee hours of the morning. As promised, it provides nice amenities.

The undertaking is close to Navalur. a beautiful setting. Particularly HCL, TCS, INFOSYS, Paypal, and Hexaware are close to OMR. On the GST Road, it effectively connects the East Coast Road (ECR), Siruseri Sipcot, Puducherry, and Vandalur.
