Living here has been incredibly convenient with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, ensuring all essential amenities are within easy reach. The designated parking for each resident and the excellent connectivity with various public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs make commuting hassle-free. The roads are well-maintained, and regular garbage collection ensures a clean environment. The presence of elevators, along with reliable electricity and water supply, adds to the convenience. Moreover, there's proper ventilation, and the absence of termite issues is reassuring. The modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained and provide opportunities for recreation. The supportive atmosphere among the neighbours adds to the sense of community, with CCTV cameras and security guards ensuring safety.
However, there have been some drawbacks in the past, including seepage issues and poor-quality plaster, which have caused inconvenience to residents. These issues need to be addressed promptly to improve the overall living experience and ensure resident satisfaction.

I'm pleased to have access to public transportation and allocated parking, which makes commuting a breeze. It's reassuring that all rules are followed, fostering a sense of order and security in the community. The functioning elevators ensure easy access to my home, adding to the convenience of everyday life. Additionally, having all amenities available and well-maintained is a definite plus, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
One concerning issue is the delay in painting maintenance, which impacts the aesthetic appeal of the property and suggests a lack of attention to upkeep. The presence of seepage issues is also troubling and requires immediate attention to prevent further damage and ensure a safe living environment. There is room for improvement in overall maintenance. For instance, the water quality is not up to standard, which is concerning for health and hygiene. Additionally, power cuts are a frequent occurrence, causing inconvenience and disruption to daily activities.

All modern amenities were available and kept in good condition. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was uninterrupted 24/7 water supply. Cleanliness was well-maintained with daily garbage collection. The residents were friendly, and we celebrated festivals together.
The area had bad internet and phone service, so it was hard to stay connected. Taxis were scarce, and drivers often couldn't find the neighborhood. The apartments had problems with water leaking in. There weren't enough parking spots for people who lived there, and guests couldn't park after a certain time.

Public transport is easily accessible. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. The residents are courteous. The flats have good ventilation, and water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is consistently maintained, with daily garbage collection. The lifts are also well-maintained.
The roads outside the society are poorly maintained, with no lighting at night. There is a significant issue with leakage and seepage in the flats, highlighting poor construction quality.

Society mein basement parking available hai, neeche security guards hote hain aur floors pe bhi. Saaf safai floors ki bhi achhi hoti hai aur lift maintenance bhi accha hai. Connectivity bhi acchi hai, kyun ki 2km door hi Spectrum Metro Mall hai aur 7-8km door mein bada Fortis Hospital bhi hai. Open space bhi accha hai, 3 clubhouses hain aur unke saath gardens bhi hain. Amenities jaise gym aur swimming pool bhi acche se maintain kiye jate hain. Overall, society ka environment bhi accha hai.
The construction quality of the society is extremely poor, with major issues like plaster falling off. Low-quality pipes have been used, resulting in leakage in the walls. The furniture quality is also compromised, with substandard plywood used. Seepage is a widespread problem due to the use of low-quality pipes. The response from the maintenance staff is not satisfactory, and their behavior is not good either. Despite the high maintenance charges, the expected level of service is not provided. It's difficult to reach them over the phone, and follow-ups are often necessary. Individual flat maintenance is also problematic, with personal issues not being addressed promptly. The filtration process of the swimming pool is quite poor. There is a significant issue with street dogs, largely due to the support they receive from some residents who are dog lovers.

The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Due to construction works that was going on in the society a lot of dust pollution and noise pollution was faced in the society.

When I was living there. Local transport was easily accessible, and there was a market area nearby. Maintenance was good as long as I was there; the society remained clean. There were no issues with seepage or leakage. The society had a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, but I didn't use them, so I'm not sure about them. Neighbors were cooperative, and everyone participated in events. The best part about the society was that everything, including market and transport, was readily available nearby.
I don't know about the maintenance of the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, as I haven't used them. Also, everything else was maintained properly during that time.

Cabs and autos are easily available, CCTV and lifts are installed Amenities like pool, park, clubhouse are available in the society, neighbours are friendly and festivals are celebrated together, roads are well constructed and network connectivity is also not an issue
Metro is a little far away, Water seepage and dampness and water logging are a regular problem,

The market is just 1 kilometer away, making it easy to reach. Local transportation is accessible. The place is well-kept and clean, and there's a backup for power. Facilities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are in good condition. Water supply is not a problem, and the neighbors are friendly. The society is also pet-friendly.
One concern is that security is not very strict. Anyone can get inside without the guards being too careful. Tightening security could make the place safer for everyone.

I left the society 3 years back. Facilities were all there like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym wer all there. No waterlogging issues , People were also cooperative & friendly.
Seeapake/leakage issue was there in the society when I used to live, Construction quality was not at par. School not available near the society, atleast 5 km away from the society. Painting not done so frequently.
