IT IS AN ULTRA LUXURY PREMIUM PROJECT OF UNITECH LIMITED WHICH HAS COME UP NICELY AFTER THE PRESENT REVIVAL. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PAY A VISIT TO UNDERSTAND AND DECIDE AT YOUR OWN. A LOT CAN BE WRITTEN ABOUT THE PROJECT BUT BETTER CAN BE EXPLAINED, WHENEVER VISITED BY YOU. IT HAS GREAT OPEN AND GREEN AREA WITH HUNDRED PERCENT POWER BACK UP AND WITH HUNDRED PERCENT VOCERED BASEMENT PARKING WITH AMPLE PARKING FOR VISITORS AS WELL. THANKS....!!
ALTHOUGH THE PROJECT IS GREATLY DEFINED BUT I MUST AGREE, ACCEPT AND INFORM THAT THE BALCONIES ARE RELATIVELY SMALL IN TERMS OF WIDTH OF THE BALONIES....!! NOT MUCH, BUT THEN SOME PEOPLE SHALL FIND THE BALCONIES A LITTLE LESS IN TERMS OF WIDTH OF THE BALCONIES.

The society maintains cleanliness up to the mark, and water is available 24/7. The metro station is just 200 meters away, and Ola and Uber can be easily booked online. The society is well-connected to the highway. There are no leakage issues in the flats. Additionally, the society has a gym, play area, and garden, and the residents are cooperative.
The lifts in the society have become 15 years old and need to be replaced due to their age. Festivals are not celebrated at a high level in the society. Additionally, a swimming pool is currently under construction in the society.

In the society, bachelors are allowed. The lifts are well-maintained, and we have 24/7 water supply. The cleanliness is also well-maintained, and there are no issues with leaks or seepage. The residents are decent, and we have all modern amenities. Public transportation is easily available.
The society lacks sufficient greenery. Parking space for visitors is limited. Maintenance charges are high. The roads near the society are not up to the mark.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Everything is positivein this society, no issues are there as such.

The absence of water logging nearby and ample water supply within the society ensure a hassle-free environment. High construction quality without plaster or waterproofing issues adds to the peace of mind. Decent neighbors and modern amenities further enhance the overall living experience.
Feeling disconnected without friends in the society is understandable. Engaging with neighbors through community events or conversations could help identify areas for improvement together.

In this society evryone lives in harmony and festivals are celebrated togetehr. Construction quality is good so there is hardly any seepage leakage issue. The area where society is made is amazing as every basic necessity is there
Little issue with connectivity as metro is not nearby and we have to travel to get to it . Fall the facilities are there but the general residents dont have access to it. Security guard are little not on time with their duty, at times there arte not even present

Garbage collections are done on time. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. Basement parking is available both for 2 and 4 wheelers. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Road conditions outside the society is good. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Balcony is available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Walking space is available in the society premises.

The material used for construction is quit good in the society , overall there were less number of people living but the open space of the society is quit good
The connectivity , maintenance , were bad in the society , no amenities were there , there were problem in connectivity like no public transport , no metro nearby in the society

The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
The society is in isolated area. The connectivity of the society is average, public transports are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society but they are not functional

Connectivity is good public transport like,metro,bus are easily avaible. people are co-operative,friendly.
There is no swimming pool ,park,playground facilities are not so well. on rainy season road and basement loging with water.
