The society boasts ample space and proper ventilation in every apartment, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, regular garbage cleaning adds to the cleanliness and tidiness of the surroundings.

Frequent power cuts and high prices for power backup are significant issues. Moreover, the lack of nearby transportation options like metro, buses, or railway stations adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, the use of gypsum in building construction has led to plaster peeling off from walls, indicating a need for better construction materials and methods.

Good things here

The cleanliness was up to the mark. The lifts were well-maintained. Security was efficient. The residents were very cooperative. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. There was an adequate water supply, and there were no issues like leakage or seepage. The roads outside the society were maintained. Cabs were available after online booking from the society.

Public transport, including autos, was not readily available near the society. Power cuts were a significant issue, and although there was a backup in the society, the charges were high. Parking was limited in the society, and the parking allotted for visitors was given to residents, leaving no parking for visitors within the society.

Good things here

The elevators were in good shape, and the apartments had good airflow without any leaks or water seeping in. We had all the modern amenities, which were kept in great condition. The neighborhood was clean, and parking was easy to find. We never had to worry about water supply, and getting around with public transport was convenient. The roads outside were well maintained too.

Things need improvement

Visitor parking was scarce in the society, making it challenging for guests to find space. Residents often grouped together within their circles. The rooms in the flats were on the smaller side and could have been more spacious. The kitchens, particularly in the 3BHK units, were cramped and could benefit from more space.

Residents heavily rely on private cars, Ola, and Uber for transportation due to the absence of other options. However, garbage collection is timely, and elevator maintenance is efficient. Good things here

Ola and Uber services were accessible right from our society. We didn't have any problems with leaks or water damage; the construction was solid. All the modern amenities were available and well-kept. Our neighbors were helpful and worked well together. We had a reliable water supply, and the society was kept clean. The lifts were in good condition, and security was tight. Plus, our flats had good ventilation.

Getting around wasn't easy because autos weren't readily available, and there was only one bus service. Plus, Zomato deliveries would stop after 8-9 PM.

Good things here

Maintenance is on point with regular garbage collection. Power stays on without any annoying cuts. The area's seen some development. No complaints about the lifts or parking. Seepage isn't a problem. Plus, we've got a swimming pool and gym facilities up and running.

Things need improvement

There are still some refunds pending for maintenance fees even though I've left the society. And it's a bit of a hassle to find auto-rickshaws around here.

The size of the Apartment ranges in between 178.37 Sq. mt and 229.93 Sq. mts. And finally with all other amenity like Valet Parking, Swimming Pool, Reading Lounge, School, Card Room, Restaurant, Sauna, Steam Room Grocery Shop and many others. Service and maintenance is very good. Area is safe with minor water accumulation issue. Mobile network signal is good till now. I love it here.
