Good things here

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available if we book through Ola and Uber in the city. The city's services are very good. The water facilities are excellent, power backups are available, and the overall connectivity is impressive. The construction quality is high, and there are plenty of educational opportunities in this city. Public transportation, such as buses, is available within a 200-meter distance, which is very convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are spacious, and visitor parking slots are available. Hospitals are located within 1-2 kilometers, making them very convenient.

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are expensive in this city, especially with GST included. The amenities like the swimming pool, gym, and table tennis are not available in every society. Landscaping is still ongoing in the society. There is a traffic issue outside due to a signal opposite the society, causing a lot of congestion.

Good things here

Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available if we book online. Water facilities are very good, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is good; they collect daily in the society. The construction quality is very good; there are no issues with noise, seepages, or leaks in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within 100 meters from the society, which is very convenient. The metro is available within 50 meters, making it extremely convenient. Hospitals are available within a walkable distance from the society, which is very convenient.

Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available but not yet opened in the society. They will open sometime soon. There is also no traffic issue outside the society.

Good things here

The Apartment is right next to Vajarahalli metro station. It is very well connected with all the important landmarks of Bengaluru. It is just walking distance from Dmart on Kanakpura Road. The apartment is very well maintained and it is filled with greenery. The residents will have access to a large clubhouse with various amenities including a huge swimming pool, badminton court, squash court, community hall, kids park and various other activities.
