Connectivity options such as cabs and autos are readily available in the society, especially if we book Ola and Uber. The community fosters a cooperative and friendly environment. Basic amenities like gym, clubhouse, and playground are available and well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The parking area is ample, and there is also a designated visitors' parking area. Public transportation, including buses, is accessible, with a bus stop located around 200 meters from the society. Hospitals are conveniently located within 1-2 kilometers from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is not up to standard, with issues such as seepage and minor cracks in the walls, which can be inconvenient. The metro station is also quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Traffic issues are prevalent near the society due to the narrow roads.

Good things here
Construction quality is very good; there are no leakage and seepage issues in the society. Amenities like the swimming pool are well-maintained. The clubhouse is spacious and suitable for hosting parties. There's also a hospital conveniently located inside Banjara Colony. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Parking area is spacious within the apartment. Bus routes are also available inside Banjara's layout. Water availability is very good, 24/7, in the society. There's a visitor parking area in the society. People are very friendly, and outside the society, balconies are well connected.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues around the society, which can be very inconvenient. Also, there is some pollution around the society due to ongoing construction, resulting in a lot of dust.

Water facility is very good, and power backup is available in the society. There is also a pet dog area allowed in the society. Repainting has been done recently. Amenities like gym and swimming pool are well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are external cracks in some buildings and flats in the society. There are no facilities like a clubhouse, table tennis, or football court available in the society. Metro stations are under construction nearby. Hospitals are available around 3-4 kilometers away from the society.

Connectivity is convenient; you can easily find cabs by booking Ola and Uber. Auto-rickshaws are also within a short walk from the city. People in the city are known for being very friendly and respectful. The water facilities are excellent, and there's plenty of space in the parking areas. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and kids' play areas are well-kept in the society. Additionally, there are small shops, grocery stores, clinics, and medical shops within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society isn't up to par; there are leaks in the roofs, which can be very inconvenient. Additionally, the security guards at the main gate are not performing well.

Cleaning should be improved outside of the society, and greenery should also be improved outside of the society. There is no visitor parking in the society.

Good things here
Houses are properly ventilated and sunlight comes in the houses. Security is up to the marks the guards are always on the gates. Society is well cleaned and maintained all the time. Neighbors are very helpful and interactive. Auto, bus are nearby the society and resident can take them from the near of the society.
Things need improvement
The society has a leakage and seepage problem. There are cracks in the walls because of the rain during the rainy season. The water is getting into these cracks, causing damage. We need to fix the cracks to stop the leakage and seepage.
