The project offers me with the comfortable living condition by encompassing Landscaped Garden, Power Backup, Cycling & Jogging Track, Gymnasium and Swimming Pool, adding to its many facilities. For me the commuting is very easy to different parts of Bengaluru. Everything in close distance from metro station and monorail station to railway station, highway, hospital, school, shopping mall- names something and it is there in posh locality in heart of Bengaluru. I am happy to invest on this project as long-term investment. read more

Indeed, Sobha Palm Court has delivered stunner with this project. Look at the gorgeous design. Construction quality is superb and so is interior. All kind of facility is there in the project from central plaza to play deck and senior citizen seating area and what not! Neighborhood is posh and buzzing. You get everything at hand from restaurant, pub and café to shopping mall, hospital, school and office. All major roads go nearby including Highway. The overall construction quality is good and also has a good parking space. Area is safe, posh and with top class civic facilities. Only some water does accumulate in heavy monsoons but that is only a temporary thing. read more

Nothing to really criticize about project. I mean Sobha Palm Court has really given everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Excellent sauna facility with pool and gym for ultimate fitness and then relaxation. Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital and supermarket. Builder has given great construction quality and amenity. Security in complex is good and maintenance service respond fast. The overall construction quality is great allowing having a long-term benefit. I am really happy with this investment. read more
