Good things here
The society benefits from excellent connectivity, with MAJESTIC located just around 1. 5km away. Additionally, there's a bus stop conveniently situated in front of the society, offering transportation to major city destinations. Within walking distance, residents can access a supermarket and clinics. Furthermore, hospitals, shopping malls, and international schools are all within a 3km radius. Construction quality is satisfactory, and ventilation is adequate. Amenities such as a gym, play areas, and a swimming pool are available, with ample parking space provided, ensuring no issues with parking. The residents are known for their friendliness and good conduct. Society maintenance is commendable, evidenced by the absence of complaints regarding electricity and plumbing, due to the efficient maintenance department. Garbage collection and disposal services operate smoothly.
Things need improvement
In this society, the major concern revolves around water scarcity during the summer months due to the depletion of groundwater from borewells. There are no IT companies in the vicinity of the society.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility is very good in the society. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. The flats are very spacious, with large balconies where we can grow plants. The walking spaces are very spacious in the society. Roads are well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society and occurs daily at a particular time.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are very expensive in the society. The metro is very far from the society. There is pollution around the society due to ongoing construction.

Good things here

Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and football court are available and well-maintained. The water facility is very good, with 24/7 availability in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. Security is excellent in the society. Additionally, facilities like grocery shops and supermarkets are within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. There are a lot of traffic issues in the society. The hospitals are quite far, around 2-3 kilometers from the society.

Shapoorji Pallonji ParkWest is very good project for people looking to live in prime Mumbai location within slightly better budget. Developer has given excellent amenities, right from gym and swimming pool to open space, greenery, walking and jogging track, fire safety, security service, power backup and many other such things. Everything is top class here. The location is perfect having connectivity to other parts of Bengaluru. Wide roads are pleasure to drive in quiet neighborhood without much traffic jam. For those commuting, there are metro stations. Supermarket is accessible with school and hospital also. Overall the project is perfect to reside.

I bought 4 BHK flat in the Shapoorji Pallonji ParkWest offering the best of world amenities. At ParkWest, the apartments are optimized for maximum natural lighting and airflow, with windows in every room for cross ventilation. The flats are designed from the ground up to be green, clean, and in agreement with the environment. I loved the overall space of the interior with modern fixtures. Reflexology Path, Butterfly Garden, Multi Purpose Deck, Timber Deck, Sky Lounge, Guest Rooms, Fitness Station, Senior Citizens Corner and others are offered in this residential complex. Overall, it is the perfect project for long-term investment.

I have always trust in Shapoorji and Pallonji as builder. The Shapoorji Pallonji ParkWest is an amazing project. Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery; you will love using walking or jogging track here. Then good security feature is there and full power backup so no electricity problem. Swimming pool and gym is there to relax while many other facilities are there. I have booked the 5th floor and it is 2BHK flat and i am waiting to get the possession so i can get into my dream home.

This project is the perfect for giving me the complete lifestyle that i always wished to have near a home. To keep a hold of my fitness, there is an aerobic centre, basketball court, cricket pitch, jogging track, lawn tennis court, multipurpose court, skating rink, spa, squash court, swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball tennis, and a yoga or meditation area. The society has a secured with twenty-four hours security, CCTV cameras and through building a gated community. Although the project is underway, i am waiting to get it complete. I have 2 BHK apartments and i loved the spacious interior it offers.
