The residents are known for their friendliness and good conduct. Society maintenance is commendable, evidenced by the absence of complaints regarding electricity and plumbing, due to the efficient maintenance department. Garbage collection and disposal services operate smoothly.
In this society, the major concern revolves around water scarcity during the summer months due to the depletion of groundwater from borewells. There are no IT companies in the vicinity of the society.

Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. The flats are very spacious, with large balconies where we can grow plants. The walking spaces are very spacious in the society. Roads are well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society and occurs daily at a particular time.
The maintenance charges are very expensive in the society. The metro is very far from the society. There is pollution around the society due to ongoing construction.

Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. Security is excellent in the society. Additionally, facilities like grocery shops and supermarkets are within walking distance from the society.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. There are a lot of traffic issues in the society. The hospitals are quite far, around 2-3 kilometers from the society.

Shapoorji Pallonji ParkWest is very good project for people looking to live in prime Mumbai location within slightly better budget. Developer has given excellent amenities, right from gym and swimming pool to open space, greenery, walking and jogging track, fire safety, security service, power backup and many other such things. Everything is top class here. The location is perfect having connectivity to other parts of Bengaluru. Wide roads are pleasure to drive in quiet neighborhood without much traffic jam. For those commuting, there are metro stations. Supermarket is accessible with school and hospital also. Overall the project is perfect to reside.

I have always trust in Shapoorji and Pallonji as builder. The Shapoorji Pallonji ParkWest is an amazing project. Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery; you will love using walking or jogging track here. Then good security feature is there and full power backup so no electricity problem. Swimming pool and gym is there to relax while many other facilities are there. I have booked the 5th floor and it is 2BHK flat and i am waiting to get the possession so i can get into my dream home.

This project is the perfect for giving me the complete lifestyle that i always wished to have near a home. To keep a hold of my fitness, there is an aerobic centre, basketball court, cricket pitch, jogging track, lawn tennis court, multipurpose court, skating rink, spa, squash court, swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball tennis, and a yoga or meditation area. The society has a secured with twenty-four hours security, CCTV cameras and through building a gated community. Although the project is underway, i am waiting to get it complete. I have 2 BHK apartments and i loved the spacious interior it offers.
