Believe me I love the flat I'm living in. The kitchen is very well designed with proper space for a fridge and microwave with chimneys as well.
High traffic in some parts of the area is discomforting which is of concerning.

In Sector 78, the connectivity is excellent, with all amenities available, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym facilities. The construction is 12 years old.

Convenient access to public transport, autos, and cabs simplifies commuting. And with ample parking space, residents with personal vehicles have no worries.
Swimming pool is not maintained in this area which is discomforting.

There might be occasional seepage issues in some households due to the age of the flats, which are quite old. The construction quality is satisfactory but not exceptional, reflecting the age of the buildings.

I haven't faced any issues with the connectivity in our society; the metro station, cabs, and autos are conveniently close by. The CCTV cameras and lifts are properly installed and maintained, ensuring our security needs are well met. I'm pleased with the construction quality as we haven't had any problems with seepage or leakage in our house or around the society. The security guards are vigilant and contribute significantly to maintaining a safe environment.
Everything in our society is well-maintained, and we haven't faced any issues on the premises. However, amenities like a clubhouse or swimming pool are not available.

The connectivity of the society is excellent due to the proximity of the metro station, and public transport options like autos are readily available outside the society. The residents are known for being friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming community atmosphere.
Despite being quite old, the society is well-maintained. There are some issues of leakage and seepage in the flats that need improvement, but otherwise, there are no major issues.

The society here manages everything really well, even garbage disposal. On top of that, we get water on time, and they reimburse us for electricity, which adds to the convenience.
Finding parking here is always a headache, and it doesn't seem like it's getting any better. It's really frustrating and makes things inconvenient for everyone.

Mahagun Moderne offers all modern amenities like a clubhouse and gym, with a local market nearby. Maintenance charges are nominal. There are malls and good schools nearby. It is well connected with ORR.
The construction quality could have been improved. The plaster has starte falling off after rains. Seepage and unmaintained parking space is challenging

The balconies in the 3 BHKs are quite spacious. You'll also have good connectivity for Jio and Airtel networks. Plus, the society staff and management are really efficient, so there are hardly ever any complaints.
The parking areas tend to get waterlogged during rainy days, which is a significant issue that needs to be addressed.
