Good things here

Residents enjoy well-kept infrastructure and a strong sense of community. The society being pure vegetarian, which suits the Jain community, is a plus. There are plenty of amenities like separate gardens, an air-conditioned clubhouse, swimming pools, and indoor/outdoor games, making life comfortable and enjoyable.

Functioning swimming pool
Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

Non-functional swimming pools and the crowded towers due to high population density might detract from the living experience. Additionally, the higher-than-average maintenance charges could feel burdensome, especially if essential amenities like the swimming pool are unavailable. Limited parking space, water seepage problems, and the absence of metro connectivity could also pose challenges for residents.

Good things here

There's great infrastructure with well-kept parks, greenery, and lots of amenities like a clubhouse, pools, and gym. The community is mainly vegetarian, which fosters a sense of unity among Jain residents. Plus, having lots of parks, playgrounds, and walking spots adds to the overall quality of life.

Nice park and kids playarea
Lot of green & open space
Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

Problems like non-working swimming pools, limited parking that can flood in the rainy season, and high maintenance fees despite some amenities not working properly can be worrying. Also, the society can get crowded, especially in the evenings, which can make it hard to keep social distancing. And, the lack of a metro and the nearby slum area might make safety a concern, especially at night.

Good things here

The well-maintained infrastructure and amenities, along with the strong community vibe, especially among Jain residents, contribute to a comfortable living environment. The abundance of green spaces, parks, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pools further enhance the convenience and enjoyment of living in the society.

Nice park and kids playarea
Lot of green & open space
Functioning swimming pool
Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

The large size of the society with multiple towers might result in congestion and parking problems, especially during the rainy season. Certain amenities like the swimming pool may not be operational, despite residents still paying maintenance fees. Additionally, the high maintenance charges and absence of metro connectivity could be viewed as disadvantages for some residents.

Good things here

The infrastructure is well-built, fostering a strong sense of community, especially for Jain residents. Separate gardens, ample parking, and a fully equipped clubhouse provide comfort and convenience. However, some residents may find the emphasis on vegetarianism limiting, and the community spirit might not appeal to everyone.

Enough parking space

Things need improvement

The non-functional swimming pool and the crowded atmosphere due to multiple towers could detract from the overall experience. Additionally, high maintenance fees, especially when some amenities are not available, may pose financial burdens for residents.

Things need improvement

Sometimes it gets too crowded, especially when everyone's trying to use the same facilities. And it's a bummer paying a lot for maintenance when some stuff doesn't even work right.
