Good things here
The maintenance in the society is very good. The water facility is excellent, and there is also power backup in the society. Garbage collection is also well-managed. The people in the society are very nice. Buses are available nearby, within walking distance, and the metro is around 1. 5 km away. Hospitals are also close, within a 1 km radius. Security is excellent, making the society very secure. The lifts are well-maintained. Amenities like the gym and party hall are available and well-maintained. The cleaning of the society is done very well, maintaining hygiene standards. There is a grocery shop within walking distance from the society, making it very convenient. The maintenance charges are reasonable in this society.
Things need improvement
In terms of connectivity, there are issues as cabs and autos are not easily available. Even if you book them, they often get canceled, and sometimes it takes around 30 minutes for a booked cab to arrive, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality in the society is not good, leading to several seepage issues. There is no swimming pool or clubhouse in the society. The greenery is also lacking. Pollution levels are high, and there is a lot of traffic near the society.

Good things here
Bachelors were allowed in the society. Water was available 24/7, and pets were also allowed. The lifts were maintained, and cleanliness was up to the mark. Festivals were celebrated together. There was enough parking for everyone, and the residents were cooperative. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. There was no traffic issue near the society, and Ola and Uber were easily available from the society.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society were not well-maintained, and there was occasional waterlogging. Additionally, the society did not have a swimming pool.

Good things here
Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like mini theatre, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
Things need improvement
Issues regarding lifts , maintenance issues , maintenance price is very high , leakage , seepage issue, leakage in parking space, lack of equipments in gym , no actions have been taken. No celebration of festivals allowed by the secretary in the society.

The gym is well-maintained and equipped, providing residents with a convenient fitness option. The club house is also a popular spot within the society, offering a space for social gatherings and events. Additionally, taxis and auto rickshaws are readily available on the main road in front of the society, making transportation easily accessible for residents.
Things need improvement
There is a lack of a swimming pool within the society. Additionally, the distance to the nearest railway station, approximately 10 kilometers away, might pose an inconvenience for residents.

Good things here
The construction quality is good, and the greenery in the society is well-maintained. Additionally, transportation options like cabs and autos are readily available, enhancing connectivity.
Things need improvement
Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym area are not available. There are instances of waterlogging on the roads during rain, and occasional power cuts occur during rainy weather as well.

The construction of the Ramaniyam Chaitanya apartments is really good. There is uninterrupted water supply, and the power backup is good as well. The area surrounding the apartments is quite busy and needs a good clean too.

Ramaniyam Chaitanya is a nice residential society with excellent amenities. It is located very close to the Koyambedu market and commuting is also quite easy. Security provided is very good.

The premises of the apartments here is very nice. The flats too are spacious and well ventilated. However the surroundings can be improved and cleaned. Otherwise a decent place to stay.

Ramaniyam Chaitanya is a prime locality, yet it is quite peaceful and serene. The amenities provided are great. Surrounding area is not clean.
