Good things here
The society has good connectivity; it's easy to find rickshaws and there's also an auto stand nearby. There's parking available in the basement. Garbage collection is timely. Every flat has a balcony. Amenities like a gym and garden area are present, along with space for functions and programs. There's a functional swimming pool as well. The people in the society are friendly and accommodating.
Things need improvement
There's a bit of an issue with buses here, and the metro is under construction nearby but not yet available. We had some leakage problems in the flat, but we've fixed them. There's no clubhouse in the society.

Good things here
Construction quality is good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage. All the amenities are availabe in the society and tenants are allowed to use this facilities without paying extra charges. Good security system and cleaniness was also good in the society. All the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no metro near by the society even railway station is 3km away from the society only bus services are available. Power back up is available for common areas only like lift and common area not for Units.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity with a station nearby. Autos are accessible. The roads near the society are also well made. The maintenance services are provided timely like cleaning and garbage collection. Construction quality is also fine with ventilated flats and no seepage and leakage issues. Basic amenities like gym and swimming pool are available. There is a play area for kids. Parking area is also provided. People living in the society are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There are some issues faced related to the water supply. There is no clubhouse in the society. Cleanliness quality can be improved a little.
