There are multiple schools and hospitals nearby the society, making education and healthcare easily accessible. Transportation facilities are also conveniently located nearby. Essential services like groceries and convenience stores are within close proximity to the society. The society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply. All amenities such as a well-equipped gym, clean swimming pool, garden area, and clubhouse are available and meticulously maintained by the dedicated maintenance team. Safety is a priority with 24-hour guards available in shifts within the society. Social services and community facilities are accessible to all residents. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is provided within the society. Cleanliness is upheld with daily garbage collection, and waste is segregated into dry and wet categories within the�society�itself.

Things need improvement

Flats were adequately ventilated, and there were no concerns regarding leakage or seepage. Daily garbage collection ensured cleanliness within the society. The gym facilities were commendable, offering residents opportunities for fitness and recreation. The friendly and cooperative nature of the residents fostered a welcoming community atmosphere, with festivals joyously celebrated together. Well-maintained lifts and reliable security measures further enhanced the overall living experience for residents.

Things need improvement

Finding an auto required residents to travel a bit further as they were not readily available near the society. Unfortunately, maintenance and cleanliness standards within the society were lacking. The swimming pool remained unclean for several months, and facilities such as the cricket ground, badminton court, and tennis court were not properly maintained. Additionally, water supply relied on tankers, leading to occasional unavailability. These issues collectively detracted from the overall quality of life within the society and highlighted the need for improvement in maintenance and amenities.

The society offers a wide range of amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, cosplay area, park, garden, and gym, all of which are well-maintained. The maintenance team ensures daily cleaning and upkeep of the society, including garbage collection. Owners have allocated parking spaces within the society. There is a continuous supply of water and electricity, and garden facilities are accessible 24 hours a day. All services and functions within the society are well-coordinated and celebrated. Overall, the community spirit and atmosphere in the society�are�excellent.

The metro is currently under construction near the society. The build quality of the society is poor, with significant infrastructure issues such as leakage and seepage problems. The maintenance team has attempted to address these issues, but they tend to resurface within a year. Allocated vehicle parking is not available, but the security staff is trained to manage parking within the society. Society maintenance charges are relatively high, around 8,000 rupees, varying based on the specific area of operation within�the�society.

Good things here

The society is peaceful and very convenient for senior citizens, secure, not congested, and has plenty of space for walking. The residents are very nice and cooperative. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained; the society is very clean. We haven't faced any water-related issues so far; water is available 24*7.

Connectivity is a major issue here in the society. We don't get autos and buses from the society. Even the bus services are available only from the society to the station. If you have your own bike or car, it's easier, but for those who don't, it's very difficult to go anywhere from the society. Even to buy vegetables, ladies have to walk for 15 minutes. Bus charges are also very high, ranging from 60 to 160 rupees for a single trip, which becomes a big issue for daily working people. The construction quality is mediocre, not up to the mark. Appreciation in the society is not good at all. Maintenance charges are very high, between 8000 to 10000 rupees per month.

Good things here

We had all the modern amenities in great shape, which made life easy. It was super convenient to book autos and cabs online, and they were always around when needed. The roads outside were in good condition too. I didn't have any leakage or seepage problems in my flat, which was a relief. The residents were friendly, and we even celebrated a couple of Diwali and Holi festivals together. Plus, having water available 24/7 was a big plus.

Things need improvement

Near the swimming pool, there was a sitting area where people enjoyed walking, but we had a significant issue with mosquitoes. The construction of new buildings within the society led to dust and noise pollution, which was quite bothersome. Autos weren't readily available directly from the society; you had to book them online, which could be a bit inconvenient.

Power backup is available. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Drainage system is good in this society. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is available and maintained beautifully. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Highway is nearby the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. The society is peaceful.
