I think Sunshine Elegance is quite an affordable house, considering all the amenities and facilities. Cabs and autos are easily available in the building. There are interesting amenities like jogging track, gym, clubhouse, etc.

I have rented an apartment in Sunshine Elegance, because of sound road connectivity, and easy access to several job hubs such as Tata Power, Zindus Infra, Gharda Chemicals, etc. Traffic congestion is a major problem.

I think Sunshine Elegance is quite affordable for middle-income individuals. There are several facilities to fulfil the daily requirements for the residents. There is a separate play area for children as well.

I chose to buy an apartment in Sunshine Elegance, because the locality is safe, the streets are well-lit, and autos and cabs are easily available. It comes with all the basic to moderate amenities.

There is ample parking space in the society, and I have never encountered issues such as water shortage or power cuts because the building has 100% power backup and 24/7 water supply.
