Regular maintenance keeps the surroundings clean, and the elevators running smoothly, which is crucial for day-to-day living. With commendable construction quality and no history of seepage issues, residents can feel confident in their homes. Plus, the amenities like the clubhouse, gym, and children's play areas are a fantastic addition to enhance everyone's quality of life. Ample parking options and open spaces for recreational activities just add to the overall appeal of the society.

Good things here
Getting around the society is easy, with cabs and autorickshaws nearby. Water is always available, and there are backup power options. Garbage is collected well, separating wet and dry waste. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and playgrounds are in good shape. The green areas are also well-kept.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges have become more costly recently, which can be a burden. The metro station is quite far, about 4 km away, making it inconvenient for residents. Traffic is also a hassle. Additionally, the buildings in the society need repainting.
