Good things here
Society is almost connected to the main road, autos are available. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. street light are properly functional at night as well. Ample of parking space is available in the society, there are no parking chaos that happens with people in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. Maintenance is good. Garbage collections are done on time. Multicolored bins are used for garbage disposal. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. Any issues gets resolved on time. Elevators are installed I personaly didn't face any seepage or leakage issues in my flat. The construction is really good. Flats have got proper ventilations. There are no such water logging issues faced around the society. Timely paintings are also done. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly. There is no pet related issues in the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there is a problem faced regarding less availability of public transport which creates problems for the residents. Metro is 13 kms away from the society. Sometimes power cuts happens a lot and power backup is not available.

The outstanding construction quality ensures a durable and safe living environment, with no issues of seepage or termites. Proper ventilation, along with good plaster and fittings, enhances the comfort of the homes. Designated parking for each resident and adherence to established rules contribute to a well-organized living space. Regular garbage collection with proper waste segregation helps maintain cleanliness in the area. Reliable electricity and water supply are available round the clock. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are well-maintained and add to the overall lifestyle here. The friendly and supportive neighborhood fosters a sense of community, with residents always willing to help each other. Well-maintained elevators and top-notch security with CCTV cameras and security guards ensure safety and peace of mind for all residents.

Good things here
Connectivity was good. Maintenance of the society is really very good; it provides excellent facilities. For instance, there's a top-notch gym, a pristine swimming pool, and a clubhouse that's always well-kept. These amenities show that the people in charge of the neighborhood care about making everyone's lives better. Moving around is easy too, thanks to well-organized transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. They've cleverly placed markets, services, and schools close by so people can get to them quickly. On top of that, there's a big park that improves the neighborhood. It's a great place for kids to run around, and it makes the neighborhood feel friendly and welcoming. CCTVs and elevators are working properly. The society has enough parking space for people who have their own vehicles.
Things need improvement
There was an issue with visitors' parking as visitors find it difficult to park their cars. The parking area does not have enough space for visitors. Additionally, there was an issue with connectivity.

Good things here
I've never faced issues like poor ventilation or leaks in the society. We have amenities like a temple, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and a kids' play area, all well-maintained. Public transport, like autos and rickshaws, is easily accessible. The maintenance of the society is excellent, with proper cleaning and hygiene. CCTV cameras and elevators are also well-maintained. We celebrate cultural events together as a community.
Things need improvement
The society didn't have metro connectivity nearby, and there was limited space for guest parking, so sometimes parking became an issue when guests visited. There was a slight issue with electricity. But apart from that, everything else was running smoothly

Good things here
The flat enjoys good ventilation and natural sunlight without any problems of leakage or seepage. Parking is sufficient for both residents and visitors, and there is an ample water supply. Cleanliness standards are maintained, festivals are celebrated, and there is adequate greenery.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges in the society are relatively high compared to the amenities provided, which are perceived as insufficient for the number of residents. Autos are not readily available near the society, resulting in long waits. The parking facilities are not secure, leading to car scratches.

Connectivity is really good like,auto cabs are available near by the society even though railway station is just 2 km away from the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional for the residents.Build quality is great like no leakage aad seepage issues in the apartment.High security system in the society each person being verified on the entrance.neat ,clean hygenic atmosphere in the society.full power back up facilities in the society.
Things need improvement
Everything in the society is great in the society as such there are no major issues but socialism should be enhace in the society and more festivals and cultural events shouls be celebrated.

Good things here
There are BRT bus stand near by the society,auto and cabs are easy to approach as well. There are good schools and hospitals near by the society. Quality of the construction was decent,strong and steady. Society has promt electrician and plumber for the residents. high security to there residents. It was overall good living experience in this society.
Things need improvement
Only those who have bought the parking area they have the parking in the society and there is no cover parking as well in the society. There is only one club house and small kids play area in the society and othere amenities are not there in the society

Good things here
Ola and Uber were readily available. Garbage collection was done on time. Proper waste segregation was practiced. Flats receive adequate sunlight and are well-ventilated. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The auto stand and bus stand were not nearby. Malls and restaurants were not nearby. The society is not pet-friendly.

Good things here
Water supply is very good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, cabs are sometimes not available outside the society. some kind of electricity issues are faced for the past 5 to 6 months. Power backup is only available for common area, it is not available for residents. There are some insect issues like cockroachs. Gym is not that good needs to be maintained, parks does not have much rides for the kids to play. Modular kitchen quality that was privided is very bad.
