Good things here
Transportation is available within a walkable distance, approximately 200 meters from the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage issues, making it very convenient. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available reliably. Garbage collection is very efficient; they separate and dispose of waste properly. Hospitals are about 100 meters away from the society, which is very convenient. Facilities like groceries, supermarkets, and restaurants are available within walking distance from the society, making daily life convenient.
Things need improvement
Connectivity lie cabs and autos are not available if we book also it will cancel automatically. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and tennis courts are available and very convenient in the society. Metro is still under construction near the society. There is no visitor parking available in the society, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis table, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Water facility is very good, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily in the society. Maintenance is very good, and the infrastructure is also very good in the society. There is a lot of greenery available outside, making it very peaceful. Construction quality is very good; there are no leaks in the society. Parking areas are very spacious in the society. There is a separate visitor parking area where we can park up to 20 vehicles. We can celebrate all festivals grandly in the society; it's very enjoyable.
Things need improvement
The metro station is quite far from the society, around 5-6 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient. There is a lot of pollution outside the society.

Good things here
Maintenance is excellent with clean lifts and good garbage collection. The construction is solid with no issues. The connectivity is great with autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station nearby. The airport and hospital are also close. The amenities are great, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe. Guest parking is available and there are no stray dogs causing problems. Security is thorough with CCTV and proper parking.
Things need improvement
I live here currently and everything is fine. There are no issues with connectivity, maintenance, construction, or the neighborhood. Overall, it is a good place to live with no complaints.

Connectivity is good with accessible cabs when pre-booked. Water facilities and power backup are reliable. Garbage collection is daily and efficient, maintaining cleanliness. Construction quality is high with no leaks. Well-maintained amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area. Reasonable maintenance charges. Buses within 1-2 kilometers and metro stations within 2 kilometers. Nearby hospitals within 1-2 kilometers.
Things need improvement
Improving maintenance involves ensuring that all aspects of the society, from cleanliness to infrastructure upkeep, are consistently attended to and upgraded as needed.

Good things here
The residents were decent and lived together harmoniously, celebrating festivals together. Water was available 24/7 without any issues. There was enough greenery. The society had all modern amenities. Cabs could easily be booked online and would come to the society.
Things need improvement
Cleanliness was not maintained in the society, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell in our building. Maintenance charges were high. The roads outside the society were not maintained and were narrow, leading to traffic issues. There was no auto or bus stand near the society, and there was no metro station either.

Good things here
I moved out of this society. The society has good open spaces within the community, and everyone can walk around easily. The people living here are friendly and celebrate festivals with joy. There are no water problems, and the construction is of good quality, as there have been no complaints related to water leakage. Additionally, there are multiple parking spaces available.
Things need improvement
The only bad thing is that the view from this building isn't very nice, it's not pretty to look at.
