Good things here
Auto rickshaws and cabs are easily available outside the society for transportation needs. All amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park, are available within�the�society.
Things need improvement
Seepage is a significant issue, and there are problems with water supply; it is not consistent. Schools and hospitals are located far away, necessitating considerable travel. Therefore, it would be beneficial for the society to have schools and hospitals nearby.

Good things here
Everything is excellent in the society. I've been living here for 5 years, and I've never faced any issues. It's the number 1 society with excellent construction quality, maintenance services, and amenities�all well-maintained. The connectivity is amazing too, with markets, malls, and schools nearby.
Things need improvement
There are some significant issues in the society. There is a recurring problem with internet connectivity; the network is unreliable. Additionally, there is a severe water issue, especially during the summer. While the water supply is supposed to be adequate, it often doesn't meet the needs of residents, making it�a�major�issue.

As a owner I must say construction quality is very satisfying. This property has high level security. Work from home is hassle free. The surrounding is full of greenery.

There area multiple amenities inside the society. It is a standalone building. Transportation is very convenient from this society. It is a residential property.
