Good things here
Connectivity is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Greenery in the society is very good. There are lots of green areas. The community in the society is very cohesive. There are various events in the society. Parking is very spacious. There is visitor parking in the society.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available in this area. Construction quality is very poor; there are some seepage issues in the society. There's aan mechanical issues in the society . Maintenance charges are expensive. Public transportation is available around 2 kilometers away, and there's nometro station nearby.

Good things here
In the society, cabs can be booked online. All modern amenities are available. Festivals are celebrated by everyone together. The residents are friendly. There are no cleanliness issues in the society. Water is available 24/7. There is sufficient greenery. My flat has adequate ventilation and sunlight. The lifts in the society are maintained well.
Things need improvement
Some flats do not receive any sunlight at all, and there is a significant issue of leakage and seepage in our flat due to poor construction quality of the society. The maintenance charges are high. Public transport is not easily accessible at all.

Good things here
Construction is good with no seepage, there are amenities like badminton, gym, cricket, library, open rooftop, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Parking is available in both open and basement areas, elevators have power backup, no traffic issues, and people are mostly cooperative. Maintenance is good and garbage is collected regularly.
Things need improvement
There is no public transport nearby, requiring a 1km walk to access it. CCTV cameras only cover the ground floor, and there are no cameras in the elevators or on the upper floors. Occasionally, the elevators get stuck, and 1 or 2 people sometimes create problems.

Good things here
The society is well maintained and cleaned all the time. there is timely garbage collection. all the amenitites like gym, swimming pool, garden are available in the society. neighbors are friendly and decent.
Things need improvement
Parking facility is available in the society most of the residents has to park outside the society. Public transport is far from the society residnets has wait long hours to get them. There is also some leakage and seepage issue in the building.
