I booked a flat Arista 9 yrs ago, no possession yet...the bulder has given me allotment letter but has not done agreement yet and is asking for higher rate. My case is in consumer court. I am not the only one who is waiting for the possession

I visited the property. Looks like a very Smart property & very nicely made. It's a upcoming 47 storey building with 7 flats on each floor. Combinations of 2BHK & 3BHK. Their are all nexessary amenities needed.

This RERA approved project is best and my wife loved it. We loved the amenities like gym, banquet hall, service lift, club house, and others. We are happy with the overall project and our investment.
