Decent society to live in with your family with good connectivity. there is dy patil hospital and college nearby as well
Things need improvement
As there are some localities nearby which are not safe for kids kr teenagers but yes the area is accessible to many places so would be a good choice.

The region has nearby Metro Stations, and the highways are likewise in good condition. The grocery stores, fitness centres, and other stores are close by. In this area, power outages are extremely rare.

You can purchase all your daily necessities at the nearby vegetable market which is just 200 meters from PCMT bus stop. Though, you will need to go a fair distance to get groceries in emergency.

Due to regular night-time police patrols and sufficient street lighting, the neighbourhood is fairly safe and people can go outside at any time. There hasn't been a single crime in the region reported.

The neighbourhood is kept up beautifully. The roads are safe to drive on, and there are numerous universities for every stream. All nearby colleges have hostel options. Furthermore, the area is close to reputable hospitals.
