Good things here
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. Time to time paintings and water proofings are done. Issues are resolved on time in the society. Rooms are good and spacious with proper ventilation. I have not experienced any seepage or leakage issues as of now in my appartment, build quality is good. Plaster quality is good. Park and small garden, small gym and club area is available in the society. amenities like gym, swimmingpool are also available. Both CCTV and lifts are installed and works properly. Elevators works properly and maintainance is done for that. There's both basement and open parking space. The people are overall good and social in the society. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. The society has got good crowd.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are not in good condition, construction work is going on for which it becomes difficult for us to get access to public transports easily. There are no Hospitals nearby the society. Water supply is always not available. The water we receive are contaminated with iron and the water quality is not good. Paintings are not done on time.

There is ample parking space available for both residents and visitors, and auto rickshaws are easily accessible nearby. All festivals are celebrated collectively by everyone in the society. The society boasts all modern amenities, which are well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and the flats are well-ventilated. Problems are resolved promptly, and follow-up is also conducted efficiently. Pets are allowed in the society, which is kept clean.
Things need improvement
The construction work underway on the roads outside the society has caused them to become narrow. During festivals, there is some noise outside the society boundaries, as the area where the society is located is somewhat rural. In summers, there is a slight issue with water supply for drinking, so sometimes the society members keep the water supply off for a few hours during the day.

The maintenance of the society is excellent, and hygiene is well-maintained. Public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, ensuring excellent connectivity. Amenities including a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and play area are available and well-maintained. Allotted parking space is provided, and CCTV cameras are installed throughout the society, functioning properly to enhance security. The lifts operate smoothly, and the overall security system is effective.
Things need improvement
The road conditions are very poor in the area surrounding the society. There are frequent issues with dampness, seepage, and poor plaster quality, leading to frequent leakage problems. Additionally, parking allocation by the builder is not properly distributed, resulting in various parking-related issues.

Society amenities such as gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area are well-maintained. Maintenance and hygiene standards are excellent, with separate collection of dry and wet waste. The road quality prevents water logging, and functional street lights ensure safety. Allocated parking space is available for residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
Water supply is a major concern due to shortages. Additionally, lifts often do not function properly, especially on higher floors, leading to inconvenience for residents.

Good things here
The society has all modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and play area. Tankers deliver water, but there is no shortage of water. The society stays clean. The people are all very nice, and pets are allowed in the society. The flats are properly ventilated, and sunlight comes in. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. There is plenty of parking space for everyone. There are no power cut issues. Auto rickshaws are available near the society.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are somewhat crowded, and there are issues with traffic jams. The roads are not well-maintained. The swimming pool is not maintained properly.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws and cabs are readily available, and schools and hospitals are within walking distance, which is convenient. Additionally, there is no discrimination between owners and tenants, and there are no extra charges for anything.
Things need improvement
The society should prioritize cleanliness more effectively. Additionally, there are significant seepage issues within the society, and the outer sides of the buildings have numerous cracks that need attention.

Overall my living experience in that society was above average,society was neat,clean and hygenic. security system was great and maintenance services were top notch.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the apartment can be improve,schools hospitals,local market were not at walkable distance. Raiway station was far away from the society.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society with easy availability of cabs and autos. The construction quality of the society is good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the premises. The neighborhood is decent. The parking lot is provided and well maintained. Paintings are done timely. The society is very spacious and there's ample area to walk around safely.
Things need improvement
There is some traffic near the roads around. The roads are quite narrow. Some water logging issues exist in the society during summer seasons. Water supply is restricted for about 1-2 hours a day. The swimming pool is mostly restricted. Some inconvenience is caused due to the presence of pet dogs. The clubhouse is also not well maintained.

Auto,cabs are easily available,no water logging issues around the society.high security system and regular cleaning in the society.good build quality,pillars are very strong.all the modern amenities has been provided and everything is functional.Allocated parking has been provided.bachelor's are allowed in the society.

Allocated visitors parking is there but it is limited to each building.power back up connection has been given to common areas only.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and works properly. construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Stray dog issues are not faced inside the society.

I'm not facing any issues in the society. The society has got everything.
