Auto metro are available in the soceity and it is well maintained and cleaned timely garbage collection, neighbors are decent and friendly , building is strong with no crackes

The society faces a shortage of drinking water, making it difficult for residents to access clean water for their daily needs. This issue adds significant inconvenience and affects the overall quality of life.

Good things here
Public transport was easily available including buses, autos and cabs. Garbage collection was also regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply used to be 24 hrs present. Amenities including gym and clubhouse were available and well-maintained. My neighbors were also very friendly and supportive.
Things need improvement
The issues which I faced was related to seepage as due to some leakage there used to be seepage over the wall. Apart from that, everything was up to the mark in society.

However, there are some concerns that residents have raised. While maintenance of the housing society is performed regularly, there have been occasional issues with cleanliness in the parks. Despite efforts by the staff to clean them promptly, some residents may find the parks to be not as well-maintained as they would prefer. Improving the consistency and thoroughness of maintenance efforts in the parks could enhance their appeal and usability for residents. Additionally, the amenities provided within the society are limited, which may not fully meet the diverse recreational and lifestyle needs of all residents. Enhancing and diversifying the amenities could contribute to a more fulfilling living experience for everyone in the community. Addressing these concerns would further elevate the overall quality of life within the housing society.

In my society, I would definitely give full marks for connectivity. It's incredibly convenient to have easy access to auto rickshaws, buses, as well as schools and colleges nearby. This accessibility makes getting around and running errands much simpler. I'm also impressed by the daily garbage collection and the overall cleanliness of the area. It's evident that maintenance is a priority here, and it definitely contributes to a more pleasant living environment. The fact that there are no issues with leakage or seepage is a big relief. It's one less thing to worry about and ensures that our homes are safe and comfortable. Lastly, having good neighbors makes a big difference in the overall atmosphere of the community. It's nice to live among people who are considerate and friendly.

Living in a society without power backup can be quite inconvenient, especially during times of power outages or emergencies. It's essential to have reliable power backup systems in place to ensure the comfort and safety of residents. Similarly, limited drinking water supply, available only for a few hours in the evening, can pose significant challenges for residents in terms of convenience and accessibility. Access to clean and adequate drinking water is a basic necessity. Additionally, small-sized amenities like swimming pools and parks may not fully meet the recreational or leisure needs of residents, especially in a community with a significant population.

The maintenance services in our society are truly top-notch. From the well-maintained lift to the orderly parking with allotted spaces, everything is taken care of diligently. We're fortunate to have a range of amenities available, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden, which adds to the overall quality of life here. Plus, our connectivity to the highway is excellent, making it easy to get around whenever we need to. Overall, I'm really pleased with the facilities and services provided by our society.

One major challenge we encounter in our society is the lack of connectivity to nearby markets, particularly for daily necessities. The smaller shops are inconveniently distant, making walking impractical and relying on vehicles necessary, which poses a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the state of the roads near our society is often subpar, demanding better maintenance to ensure smoother travel experiences. In addition to connectivity issues, the construction quality within our society leaves much to be desired. Notably, significant seepage problems plague the first floor, and the bathroom fittings throughout the building are of notably poor quality. These structural concerns highlight an unsatisfactory standard of construction, warranting attention for improvement.

Local transport facilities are easily accessible near the community, and garbage is collected daily, ensuring high levels of cleanliness. The community offers a range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, and garden park. All these amenities are very well-maintained and well-equipped. The streetlights outside the community are well-developed and remain on during the night, ensuring safety. Within the community, guards at the entrances verify each person entering, further ensuring safety in all areas. The community has 24/7 water and essential supplies. The residents are very cooperative and often come together, fostering a strong sense�of�community.
Things need improvement
The maintenance team has never conducted any seismic tests to assess earthquake preparedness in the society. The internal roads in the Swedish society are in very bad condition, and there are waterlogging problems. The build quality is very poor, with lots of leakage problems during heavy rain, which becomes very annoying. There is a persistent seepage patch on the wall in these flats, indicating that the materials used by the builder are of�cheap�quality.

This park not only provides ample space for children to participate in recreational activities but also fosters a sense of community among residents. the society is noted for its well-maintained parking area, designed with ample space for residents to park their vehicles comfortably. The parking facilities are constructed with solid materials, ensuring they are free from any cracks or leakage issues, thereby emphasizing the society's commitment to attention to detail and quality. Security is also strong.

There were no issues in the society; everything was well-maintained. The residents were also cooperative and pleasant. The society boasts good construction quality.

Living in a newly constructed society with insufficient amenities compared to the number of residents can be quite disappointing. It's understandable to expect adequate facilities to match the needs of everyone living there. Additionally, the appearance of cracks in the walls, despite being newly constructed, is concerning and suggests potential issues with the quality of construction.

In my experience, this society is excellent. We're fortunate to have schools and hospitals nearby, with convenient access to auto-rickshaws and cabs for transportation. The maintenance services provided by the management committee are exceptional, ensuring that everything from lift maintenance to timely painting is well taken care of. Construction quality is also commendable, with spacious and well-ventilated flats. All essential amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and garden, are available and well-maintained. The parking facilities are also up to standard, contributing to the overall positive living experience in the society.

I have no complaints about the society because it's simply excellent. The management committee does a fantastic job, and everything is maintained to a high standard. In my opinion, there's nothing that needs improvement�it's just that good.
