The society offers excellent water facilities and reliable power backup, ensuring uninterrupted services. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste daily at specific times. Ventilation within the flats is commendable, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Recent painting efforts have refreshed the appearance of the society. Residents enjoy a variety of well-maintained amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and indoor games room. The community is known for its friendly and respectful atmosphere. Celebrating major festivals together adds to the enjoyable communal spirit within the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality within the society is notably poor, with visible seepage issues and major cracks on both external and internal walls. Unfortunately, connectivity options like cabs are not readily available, making reliance on Ola and Uber inconvenient. Additionally, the lift provided in the society is small, causing further inconvenience. Maintenance charges are expensive, adding to residents' financial burden. Furthermore, the absence of a designated visitor parking area poses challenges for visitors, contributing to overall inconvenience within the society.

The community has 24/7 water and power supply, efficient lift maintenance, and daily cleaning with regular garbage collection. Within 1. 5 km, you'll find bus stops, supermarkets, and schools. Improved roads and ample parking add to the community's appeal. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse, badminton court, community garden, basketball court, and swimming pool. Friendly neighbors celebrate Hindu festivals like Navaratri, Ganesh Pooja, Holi, Ugadi, and Diwali together.

Improvements are needed in the jogging track and society boundaries. The jogging track requires maintenance and upgrades for better usability, while the boundaries of the society need reinforcement or enhancement to ensure security and proper delineation of the property.

The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced with excellent ventilation. The design offers pleasing views, and well-designed staircases are present. The community is friendly and festive. Nearby amenities include a bus stop, vegetable market, college, clinics, gym, swimming pool, tennis court, cricket pitch, basketball court, and garden play area. Maintenance is good, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection.
Things need improvement
In this society, the road quality is poor, and there are no streetlights, which poses challenges for residents, especially in the evening and at night. These conditions affect safety and convenience, highlighting the need for infrastructure improvements to enhance community living.

Good Society. Located at Good location, better connectity to various directions like Whitefield, Veathur, Hoskote, Marathalli, KR Puram. Nearest Metro station as Hopefirm. Nearest Railway statuon as Whitefield railway station. Nearest school is WGS, NPS, Sharada, DPS, Deens etc. This Society having many ammenities, like 2 Swiming pools, 1 Long Tennis court, Batminton court, one Basket ball court, one Cricket Pitch with net for net practice, Clubhouse with pantry area, Zym, One Grocery store, 1 KM jogging track. 24/7 security. 2 Children's play area, Grass lawns, garden area with sitting area and full of trees, and greenery. All festifals are special in this Society. And all residents celebrate it and enjoy the events.

Nothing to dislike. We can say It's a Mini India. I am staying in this Society from past 7+ years. It's a bery good society. All support each other.

Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society. Garbage collection is very good on a daily basis in the society. There is a park that is very good in the society. Walking space is also good in the society. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Maintenance of the lift is also excellent. Schools are nearby within walking distance. Power backup is also available if power cuts occur.

Construction quality is not good in the society. There are some sewage issues in the society. Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society. Amenities are available, but we don't use much in the society, and charges are high in return.
