Good things here
It's reassuring to acknowledge that while the overall community might have its ups and downs, I've had the pleasure of interacting with some really nice people on my floor. Their kindness and good behavior have definitely made my experience here more enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Living in the society was quite challenging for me. The construction quality was subpar, leading to frequent issues like seepage and leakage. The basement always had problems with leakage, making it quite inconvenient. The kitchen doors and drawers were of low quality, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the pool was too small, leaving little space for elders to enjoy. The overall congestion in the society added to the discomfort.

Great Society to Live in New Gurgaon Area.Build Quality of Flat is good. Location is is prime with connectivity to Dwarka Expressway and Jaipur Highway.
Things need improvement
Revenue Rasta, Too much Builder Interference.RWA is not fully established.CAM Arrears. High Maintenance cost.

The society offers great facilities like parks and gyms, complemented by cooperative and friendly residents who contribute positively to the community. The lifts work reliably, ensuring convenient access within the buildings. Overall, it's a satisfying living experience.
Things need improvement
There are several issues in the society that need attention: stray animals are a frequent problem, with cattle often seen in front of the society. The road in front of the society is damaged and needs repair. Additionally, there is a lack of transparency in electricity billing, and the society hasn't been painted in several years.

Good things here
The society offers spacious 2BHK apartments. The infrastructure is nice, featuring a playground for kids and a gym for both men and women. A shopping complex within the society adds convenience. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious, enhancing daily living. Additionally, there is ample parking space available for residents which overall adds to the comfort of residents.
Things need improvement
There are no nearby metro stations, and the bus stand is also quite far, which can be inconvenient for commuting. Additionally, the security is very tight, which sometimes bothers visitors.

There are no issues with power cuts or water supply in the society. We have amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and adequate parking facilities. Services like Ola, Uber, and Rapido are readily available for transportation needs. The construction quality of the buildings is also good, ensuring durability and reliability.
Things need improvement
Parking for visitors is somewhat limited, and there are occasions when it becomes full due to cars and bikes. Additionally, the nearest metro station is located 30-40 minutes away from the society.

All essential facilities like hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport are conveniently located within a 500-meter radius. The property, despite being 9 years old, offers a swimming pool, gym, and other amenities. It's populated by good families, and there's no pollution in the vicinity.
