Good things here
There are plenty of recreational facilities like swimming pools, parks, and playgrounds, making it great for families. Basic amenities such as water and power are available 24/7. Parking is convenient, with several spaces within 700 meters. Additionally, supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants are close by, enhancing convenience and quality of life in the society.
Things need improvement
The transportation system in our society is very convenient. We have a bus service within the society, which is extremely handy. There's also a pool inside the society, adding to its appeal. Public transportation stops are about 2-3 kilometers away.

Good things here
In day time, connectivity is good with availability of cabs, autos and public transport. Good security and parking facilities. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection.
Things need improvement
At night times, issues with connectivity as its hard to get autos , cabs and public transport. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are available but not functional.

Good things here
All the amenities, including a clubhouse, gardens, parks, a gym, and a swimming pool, are available in the society. When required, the neighbours are equally kind and supportive. It doesn't become overly dirty and is kept in good condition. Additionally, security is first-rate;
Things need improvement
People live in inconvenience since it's difficult to find buses and autorickshaws. To get transportation, people must wait a long period and travel great distances. Their everyday commute and convenience are impacted by this challenge.

This community enjoys a prime location with easy access to a shopping mall, grocery stores, vegetable markets, restaurants, and a nearby bus stop, all within walking distance. Residents benefit from well-maintained amenities including a small pool and gym. The construction quality is top-notch, with no cracks or leakage problems. Furthermore, all Hindu festivals are celebrated within the community. Maintenance is exceptional, ensuring regular water supply and addressing any leakage issues promptly.
Things need improvement
This society has a nearby slum, which impacts the outside view. Additionally, major amenities such as a clubhouse and play area are not available.

The overall quality is very good to live a peaceful life here. Connectivity with different cuties is also very good. Public transports are available for 24 hours. Power backup facilities are also given.

Uniidus Acropolis is a nice apartment in Bengaluru. Behaviour of the managing staff is praiseworthy. The flats as well as the whole apartment are standard enough. The gate is very beautiful.

Rooms and flats are available hee at a reasonable price. Two shopping malls here are Phoenix mall and Be Small in a very nearby distance. Police station is also near this apartment.

Main thing I like about this apartment is the peaceful environment of this locality. All important amenities and facilities are here such as transport system, medical facilities, and water for 24 hours.
