The society is located on the main road in a prime area. Everything, such as grocery stores, supermarkets, schools, and hospitals, is within a 1 to 2 km distance. The construction quality is good, and residents do not experience problems like seepage. Maintenance charges are reasonable, with a reliable water supply, and all festivals are celebrated. There are ample parking options available for residents.
Apart from parking, there are no amenities such as a play area for children to enjoy, which is a concern for residents.
