Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with daily pickups at designated times, ensuring cleanliness within the society. Ample parking areas within the society accommodate residents' vehicles comfortably. Well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and indoor games offer residents various recreational options. Public transportation options like buses are accessible within the society, further adding to residents' convenience. Additionally, reasonable maintenance charges make living in the society more affordable for its residents, contributing to a pleasant living experience.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is subpar, with reported issues of seepage and leakages, which is concerning for residents. The considerable distance to the metro station poses an inconvenience for residents who rely on public transportation. Additionally, pollution is a concern due to ongoing construction activities adjacent to the society, impacting the overall environment and potentially affecting residents' health and well-being. These issues highlight areas that require attention and improvement within the society to enhance the living experience for its residents.

Good things here
In our society, security is a top priority, with four security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout, ensuring safety for all residents. The location is convenient, with a supermarket, Dmart, school, and bus stop nearby. The roads are well-maintained, and within the community, we have adequate street lighting and parking space. Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, community hall, children�s play area, and walking track. Maintenance is taken seriously, with daily cleaning of floors, balconies, and common areas, along with regular garbage collection. The lift functions smoothly, and the community fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Construction-wise, there are no issues with leakage, ensuring a comfortable living environment for everyone.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the swimming pool is currently non-operational due to a water crisis within the society. We're actively working to resolve this issue, focusing on addressing essential needs and implementing sustainable water management solutions.

Good things here
Pets are allowed in the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos are easily available. The society has a gym and swimming pool. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
In the society, water from the Kaveri connection is only available for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening, so residents need to store it for use throughout the day as it is not available 24/7. There is no garden, and the play area is also small.

The building construction in the society is commendable, with excellent wall quality and interior design. Surrounded by greenery, it offers flexible connectivity to hospitals and grocery stores within 100 meters. Housekeeping staff diligently maintain cleanliness, ensuring proper garbage disposal. Residents enjoy good ventilation and well-maintained amenities like swimming pools, parking areas, gardens, and gyms.
Things need improvement
The condition of the road in the society is severely deteriorated due to numerous and sizable potholes, making it challenging for vehicles to traverse. This poses a significant inconvenience to residents and visitors alike.

The society is exceptionally well-connected, with residents easily accessing various facilities just outside its premises. These include multiple grocery stores, vegetable shops, dairy outlets, a medical shop, a salon, and small hotels. Additionally, several schools are conveniently located within a 1km radius of the society. The upcoming metro adds further convenience to residents' transportation options. Maintenance standards are exemplary, characterized by regular garbage collection and disposal, as well as reliable power backups for all flats. The construction of the society is of high quality, featuring good ventilation and regular painting maintenance. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and children's play area are well maintained.
Things need improvement
The lack of designated parking spaces for visitors stands as the sole drawback in this society.
