In our society, security is a top priority, with four security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout, ensuring safety for all residents. The location is convenient, with a supermarket, Dmart, school, and bus stop nearby. The roads are well-maintained, and within the community, we have adequate street lighting and parking space. Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, community hall, children�s play area, and walking track. Maintenance is taken seriously, with daily cleaning of floors, balconies, and common areas, along with regular garbage collection. The lift functions smoothly, and the community fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Construction-wise, there are no issues with leakage, ensuring a comfortable living environment for everyone.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool is currently non-operational due to a water crisis within the society. We're actively working to resolve this issue, focusing on addressing essential needs and implementing sustainable water management solutions.

Pets are allowed in the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos are easily available. The society has a gym and swimming pool. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained in the society.
In the society, water from the Kaveri connection is only available for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening, so residents need to store it for use throughout the day as it is not available 24/7. There is no garden, and the play area is also small.

Surrounded by greenery, it offers flexible connectivity to hospitals and grocery stores within 100 meters. Housekeeping staff diligently maintain cleanliness, ensuring proper garbage disposal. Residents enjoy good ventilation and well-maintained amenities like swimming pools, parking areas, gardens, and gyms.
The condition of the road in the society is severely deteriorated due to numerous and sizable potholes, making it challenging for vehicles to traverse. This poses a significant inconvenience to residents and visitors alike.

The lack of designated parking spaces for visitors stands as the sole drawback in this society.
