Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, community hall, children�s play area, and walking track. Maintenance is taken seriously, with daily cleaning of floors, balconies, and common areas, along with regular garbage collection. The lift functions smoothly, and the community fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is currently non-operational due to a water crisis within the society. We're actively working to resolve this issue, focusing on addressing essential needs and implementing sustainable water management solutions. read more

Pets are allowed in the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos are easily available. The society has a gym and swimming pool. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained in the society. read more

Things need improvement

In the society, water from the Kaveri connection is only available for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening, so residents need to store it for use throughout the day as it is not available 24/7. There is no garden, and the play area is also small. read more
