there are lot of tech companies nearby including cessna tech park, eco world and Intel. I like the connectivity and I have good parking area but other facilities are quite lacking.

the place is okay, good lake facing apartments. There is walking or jogging place, but it would have been better, as it is not maintained and far away. It is affordable and security is good.

the place is located at prime location. We have ample light and facilities. The kaveri water is there, along with 24hrs power back. The security is also fine here. All facilities are here.

there has been a lot of development in last 4 years. Recently a petrol pump is getting constructed, so it is a bit noisy but it is great addition. Connectivity is good and we have a jogging area along with the park.

Most of the things that you might need is available around. there is good school, pre-school, groceries, and supermarket. we also have bakery, temples, chicken and fish shops, etc.
