Good things here
The amenities available for residents include a yoga room, basketball court, table tennis, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall. Connectivity-wise, there is a Ratnadeep shop 1 km away, a shopping mall 2 km away, and nearby schools and hospitals. The area has good road quality, street lights, and ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, the premises are kept clean, garbage is collected daily, and there is a good water and power supply. The lift is well-functioning, and the surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society faces significant traffic issues, causing congestion and delays for residents. Despite the excellent location, these traffic problems impact daily commutes and overall convenience.
