The society consists of 170 flats, boasting good amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, community hall, badminton court, table tennis, carrom, kids' play area, walking track, and garden. My neighbors and I often enjoy peacefully strolling around the well-maintained apartment. Situated on Old Madras Road, the community is conveniently surrounded by grocery stores, a bus stop within 500 meters, supermarkets within 1 km, an international school, hospital, restaurants, clinics, and well-lit roads. Internal and guest parking facilities are available, complementing the outstanding construction quality. Despite past seepage issues, promptly addressed by the committee, maintenance is exceptional, ensuring cleanliness, proper garbage collection, and well-maintained lifts. Moreover, the residents, known for their friendliness and education, actively celebrate various festivals and events each year.
The repainting is has not completed yet repainting would indeed be beneficial for building aesthetics and overall upkeep. Improving these aspects would contribute to appearance and long amity of the structure within the society.

The roads are wide, with no traffic problems. All Hindu and national festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm within the society. Amenities such as swimming pools, badminton courts, cricket pitches, tennis courts, and jogging tracks are well-maintained. Maintenance facilities like water supply, power backup options, and security are also good.
The garbage collection services are inadequate, as they neglect to collect everyday garbage and fail to dispose of it on a daily basis. Overall maintenance services need improvement.

The construction quality in the society is very poor, leading to issues such as water bubbles in the walls, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, the maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Traffic issues persist due to narrow roads and congestion, making navigation challenging.

Because of these issues, water shortages occur in Bangalore during the summer, resulting in higher maintenance charges. Additionally, the poor construction quality of the society leads to numerous seepages.
