Good things here
Transportation is excellent in this area, connecting all locations efficiently. Cabs and autos are readily available for booking events. Schools are within a convenient 100-meter radius, and colleges are accessible within a feasible distance. Hospitals are nearby, typically within 1-2 kilometers. The construction quality is commendable, with ongoing maintenance ensuring high standards. The community is well-maintained, fostering a safe and pleasant environment. Maintenance costs for 2BHK and 3BHK units are reasonable. Facilities such as lifts are well-maintained, and amenities like water quality and power backup are dependable. Waste management is efficient, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Residents enjoy a peaceful and well-cared-for environment.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and kids' play areas are not available in the society. There's minimal greenery in the vicinity; improvements in green spaces are needed.

Good parking and security facilities . Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation. The people in the community are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. Excellent parking and security. Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities in the society like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park. I am having a great stay here , i haven't faced any issues regarding anything in the society so far . Its a great society to live in with great maintenance facilities .

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society. The water facility is very good. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Ventilation is excellent in the flats, and power backup is also available. Facilities like supermarkets and markets are within walking distance. People are very friendly and cooperative. We celebrate all festivals together in the society. Cleaning is very good both inside and outside the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor in the society. Being an old building, there are some seepage issues in bathrooms. Public transportation is not available nearby the society.

Good things here
The flat had good ventilation and received ample sunlight. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. Festivals were celebrated together by the residents, who were decent. Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was up to the mark, and the lifts were maintained.
Things need improvement
Autos and buses were not available near the society. The roads around the society were not constructed. The society did not have any modern amenities.

The neighbours are great here, they are not disturbing and all the festivals and holidays are very lively and its celebrated with great enthusiasm. People enjoy each others company and spend time with each other.

All the basic amnesties such as grocery store, supermarkets, shops, vegetable market, meat shops are within 500 meters. Which is very convenient as you don’t have to travel long for day to day necessities.

The surrounding is very peaceful, its very calming and the view is quite serene, the roads around the locality can be better. Away from the crowd and noise of city the place is very quite and the air quality is very nice.

The apartments have all the basic amnesties such as gyms, swimming pool, kids play area, well maintained parks and grounds. The gym is very well equipped with all the machines and the quality of machines are very good.

The roads to reach the society is not good, especially in monsoon, the pot holes fills and create a lot of unhygienic state. As near to lake mosquitoes, flies are all over the place, ventilation to this area is very poor.
