Good things here

Connectivity via cabs is very convenient if we book them online in the society. People are very friendly and welcoming. Accessibility is very easy. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or cleanliness issues in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, party hall, meditation hall, are available and well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society, around Rs. 1. 5 crore for 2BHK and 3BHK with additional charges for exclusive suites. Parking facilities are very good; we can park both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers in the society. Overall, everyone is very satisfied in the society.

Things need improvement

There is no indoor games facility in the society. Public transportation stations are available about 1. 5 kilometers away, which is inconvenient. Metro stations are around 1-2 kilometers away. There are no visitor parking areas in the society. There is traffic outside the society.

Good things here

The society has good security and no problems with parking. Cleaning is done on time. There are also many amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden. Public transport is nearby and available on time.

The increasing number of start-ups along with investments from IT firms translates to a number of jobs and professionals moving into the city. The connectivity is so good that you will never face any issues while booking a cab or reaching your destination as there are no traffic jams or snarls. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh. CCTV cameras with security professionals make you feel safer. The public transport is within reach and there is no traffic problem outside and because of this reason cabs arrive at time.

The ample parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. Also, the maintenance is done on a regular basis so, you can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops and it even have ATMs right inside. The roads are well built and maintained. The safety and security of the residents is also taken care well as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. There is a small concern about the network which is not so great and you might not be able to comfortable to do work from home sometimes. Panvel railway station is very near to this place.

It is worth the price to buy homes in this project as the infrastructure quality is good and you never face any problems related to the connectivity. The power/Water supply is optimum and you can easily reach the nearest bus or auto stand in few minutes. The well maintained parks and wide roads are kept well all the time. Nearest schools, colleges, market, mall and hospitals further enhances the convenient part of living here in spacious homes with the amenities. Security is the only concern which needs to be taken care especially during the night for women and kids,

All sorts of transportation options are available because all major hospitals, schools, colleges are nearby which further makes this place desirable to live comfortably. It takes hardly 5 minute walk to reach the nearest grocery store or shop for daily needs. You hardly any traffic issues outside the society which makes it more convenient to reach the destination quickly. Abundance parking space for residents as well visitors is available. Water supply is available and you never face any problems in this matter. Anyways, the street lights are good which keeps the area well-lit and crime rate is negligible.

The construction is of 5 floors. There is ample parking space available with no mobile network issues along with the well-built quality of the homes and other infrastructure. The regular maintenance, abundance water and electricity supply round the clock further makes life convenient for the residents. Safety is not an issue as there security guards present 24*7. Public transport is easily available and it will not wrong to call it a well-connected project available at reasonable price.
