As the residential complex is in a hotspot area, there is a lot of traffic congestion during office hours. Power cuts occur often in this locality. The society is not maintained properly and the neighbourhood lacks cleanliness. There is also not much parking space. We also faced problems with the water supply. Sometimes the drainage system also creates problems. The expense is also much higher in this area. The premium project is good but I would suggest all to check before investing in this project.

The private terrace is also provided on few ground floor units. The ready to move project is budget-friendly too. Modern amenities are provided to make our lives comfortable.
