Good things here

Cabs ,auto are esy to approach near by the society. Grocery shops,medical store,temples,vegetable shop like everything is availabe around the society,withing the range of 500 you can connect to high way which leads to thane ghodbandar road but to connect to dahisar railway station and metro you have to approach via auto or cab. maintainence charges are reasonable in the society. Cleaniness is good and timely garbage is collected at door step of the unit. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.

Things need improvement

Construction quality is just average as there are crack on walls of the apartments and owners has to fix it on there own. There is only few amenities like gym kids play area ,lift and parking.

Good things here

The society benefits from convenient transportation options with nearby auto and bus stands, as well as its connection to the highway. Despite ongoing road widening work, the society seems proactive in addressing issues promptly. Water supply, facilitated through RO, is generally reliable, although there may be occasional challenges in summers, which are communicated in advance. The flats are well-ventilated, equipped with balconies, and offer modern amenities. Additionally, the community's pet-friendly environment fosters a pleasant living experience.

Things need improvement

The ongoing construction work near the society is leading to occasional traffic congestion, particularly during busy periods. Although power backup is provided solely for common areas, and there's a lack of a swimming pool, overall, the society appears to be functioning efficiently and effectively.

Good things here

Society me play area bohot bada hai. auto and bus sab pass me mil jata hai. pani 24*7 available hai. power cut ka koi issue nhi hai. log bohot acche hai sab milke sare celebration krte hai. gym, park and play area hai and properly maintained hai. visitors ke liye alag se parking hai. flats me balcony hai. society ke bahar ke roads bohot acche hai wide hai. pass me hi national park hai us vajahase pollution ka issue nhi hai. security acchi hai. society clean hai.

Things need improvement

Metro station hai pr abhi tak chalu nhi hua hai. malls and restaurants ke liye 1-2 km dur jana padata hai. traffic jam ka kbhi kbhi issue ata hai. swimming pool nhi hai society me. kbhi kbhi monsoon me roads pr pani jama hota hai.

Good things here

There were many stores ,local market,yoga classes,vegetable shops around the society. Public transport and local transport both facilities were easily approachable around the society. Build quality was good and there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage. Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors in the society. Good security system and people over there were also friendly and helful.

This was just basic society and there was no modern amenities available in the society. Parking was not available for visitors and power back up facilities are also installed in the society.

Good things here

The society was connected to the highway. Autos and buses were available nearby. Water was available 24/7. The flats were well-ventilated and had 2 balconies each. Leakage or seepage was never faced.

Things need improvement

The society was not at all pet-friendly. Those who were animal lovers were harassed by other residents. If a dog was injured, they couldn't even be taken to the hospital. Dogs were often thrown far away in sacks, endangering young children. There was a significant lack of awareness about animal welfare. There was some cultural dominance within the society. The roads outside the society were in poor condition. Cleanliness within the society was not up to the mark. There was only a gym and a play area, but they were not well-maintained. There was no garden. Festivals were not celebrated much; only a few were celebrated.

Good things here

The maintenance is commendable, with the surroundings kept neat and clean, and there are no issues with garbage disposal around the society. Additionally, having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience.

Things need improvement

All the necessary amenities are present in the society, such as a kids' play area and a small garden. However, the only drawback is the absence of a clubhouse for society meetings.
