Good things here
This is a standalone building, and the neighborhood residents have no major sharing options. The location of the society is excellent, with everything easily accessible. Several supermarkets, vegetable shops, and a school are conveniently located within walking distance. The nearest metro station is around 4km from the society. The residents enjoy good maintenance facilities, such as cleaning in common areas, and there are no problems related to the water supply. Additionally, there are good amenities available, including parking and reliable power backup options for electricity. The construction quality of the building is also good, with regular maintenance addressing any issues promptly.
Things need improvement
There is no gym room provided for residents inside the society to do everyday workouts.
