In our community of 1500 flats, we enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with around 3000 friendly residents who engage in frequent interactions. We come together to celebrate various festivals such as Karnataka Rajyotsava, Diwali, Holi, and New Year. Our surroundings boast minimal pollution and abundant greenery, providing a serene environment for all. Connectivity is excellent, with a petrol bunk, ATMs, bus stop, and school all within a 2-kilometer radius. The roads are of high quality, illuminated by street lights for safety. Within our community, ample parking is available, and we are equipped with a range of amenities including table tennis, basketball court, dental clinic, parlour, boutique, stationary shop, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and a community hall. Maintenance is top-notch, with regular cleaning ensuring cleanliness throughout. Garbage collection occurs daily, contributing to our pristine surroundings. We benefit from 24/7 water and power supply, and our lifts function efficiently at all times.
The road within our society is congested, posing challenges for traffic flow. However, our vibrant community and excellent amenities make it a desirable place to live.

We have 15 security guards, and there are CCTV cameras everywhere. The guards perform their duties diligently, and unknown individuals are not allowed entry without residents' permission. The place is very secure. Connectivity-wise, it is excellent, with a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and milk dairies within 1 km. In terms of maintenance, proper cleaning and regular garbage collection are done. There is good power backup, and the lift is well-maintained. The amenities include a table tennis area, badminton court, basketball court, cricket pitch, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, community hall, and children's play area. The surrounding residents are friendly and communicate well with each other.
The maintenance charges are high, with a monthly fee of 6000 Rs. Additionally, there are water cut issues. . Parks are closed down very early for the day, they don't let the kids or anyone stay in the parks after 8. The vegetables shops that are put up near D block, sell vegetables at a very high rate.

Our society is situated away from the main road, ensuring a pollution-free and peaceful environment ideal for evening and morning walks. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop, supermarkets, vegetable shops, and medical stores just 1. 5 km away. The roads are well-maintained with functional street lights. We have ample parking space, and maintenance is excellent, with dedicated housekeeping staff ensuring cleanliness and daily garbage collection. Water and power supply are reliable, and the lifts are well-maintained. Our amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, lawn tennis court, children's play area, walking track, and community hall.
The neighbors are not very friendly, and it's a bit inconvenient because there aren't many buses available nearby, which makes getting around a bit challenging.

I appreciated the nice, friendly, and humble neighbors. The society had good connectivity with easily available public transport and well-maintained roads. Regular electricity and water supply were reliable. The construction quality was excellent, with spacious apartments, no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse were available and well-maintained.
The lift fan didn�t work, and maintenance and garbage collection were not as efficient as they should be, often requiring long waits. Security was not very cooperative, and there were issues with guest parking, as I had to park their vehicles in my designated parking spot.

The society has all amenities, including a swimming pool, indoor games, and a park. The neighbors are friendly and decent. There are no issues with leaks or water seepage in the walls, making it a comfortable place to live.
The connectivity is the big issue in the society residents has to walk some distance to get the public transport like auto, rickshaw and other transport. Society is not that well maintained.

The public transport is nearby the society. All the amenities are there like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden in the society. Neighbors are friendly and decent. Water and electricity supply is 24 hours in the society.
Society doesn't let the zomato or swiggy delivery after 11pm at night. The society not much cleaned all the time. some parts are need constant repair works.
