Good things here
Connectivity in this society is excellent. I've never had any trouble accessing buses, autos, or cabs, and the roads are well-maintained. There are malls and markets nearby, which is very convenient. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is a plus. Modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and play area are available and well-maintained. The people living in the society are friendly and helpful. The elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety.
Things need improvement
When we first purchased the apartment, the neighborhood was very peaceful. However, since COVID, many PGs have opened, causing the area to become overcrowded. There are also many street vendors encroaching on the roads, leading to heavy traffic jams, which is currently our major concern. Additionally, there is an issue of seepage in the apartments.

Good things here
No leakage , seepage issue in the society . Good ventilation in the apartments . Festivals are celebrated in the society, people are quite friendly in the society.
Things need improvement
Water, electricity supply issues, getting cabs is very hard , to get one has to go as far as 3 and half km still they get cancelled. No amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park in the society. No parking space , garbage collection issue , bad drainage system.

Good things here
Water is available 24/7 in the society even during summers. Cleanliness is well maintained, and festivals are celebrated. The residents are cooperative, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos and buses are easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
The society does not have any modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, play area, or garden. There is a significant traffic issue near the society.

Good things here
Public transport is easily accessible from the society. All festivals are celebrated together. The residents are decent and educated. The society has a gym, play area, and garden.
Things need improvement
There are some issues with leakage and seepage in the society. Basic amenities are available, but there is no swimming pool. There is a slight water crisis in the society.

The society of Balaji Casa Blanca is small but it is in a very good location. Not only does it give out a feeling of staying in a hill station, but it has all the amenities and most of the facilities are available nearby.

Balaji Casa Blanca is located very close to the main road and IT offices. All the facilities like supermarket, hospitals, ATMs and banks. Even the metro station is at a walkable distance from here.

Balaji Casa Blanca is an excellent community with world class amenities. Due to the greenery around, the place feels a little cooler when compared to the other apartments in the city. It is quite calm and the air is fresh.

The community is very peaceful and the security is top notch. The society has CCTV cameras too and it makes it extra safe for kids and women. The amenities provided are really good and the neighbours are very friendly.

The Balaji Casa Blanca as a community has some of the best amenities like a play area for kids, swimming pool, a gym, indoor and outdoor sports area and a party room as well. Everything is maintained really well here.
