We are so happy to have bought a house here in Vertex Prestige. The society has high security standards - Outsiders are not allowed without security pass. There is 24x7 CCTV camera monitoring. There are amenities such as fully equipped gym, badminton court, tennis court, jacuzzi, child play area, food court and grocery shops. However, the swimming pool needs to be maintained properly. Also, there are limited food delivery options. The rest is okay!

I have been living here since 4 years and this place is outstanding. With all the necessary items around the corner. Grocery stores, street food vendors, local shops, malls and many more. The society is quite well maintained too.

There is a bit of parking place because of too many residents. Women are very safe in this area as the streets have well lit lights, patrol cars are always on move. Security guards are very helpful.

The neighbourhood is friendly and accepting too. You cannot feel out of place because of the social diversity. The only issue is its far from the metro station. Which costa a lot if wants to travel far from the society other than that autos and buses run on a cheap side.

The place is very tight security with all the trained guards and cctv cameras covering all the sides of building. The place has numbers of guards which are present at all entry and exits and the visitors need passes or conformation from the tenants to enter.

This place if filled with greenery, the whole place is filled with well maintained parks to sit and take a walk, gym is well equipped with good quality instructor and swimming pools are clean.
