Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and auto rickshaws are easily available in the city. Free Wi-Fi is available in the city, and Uber is also present. People are very friendly and respectful in the city. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, tennis courts, and maintenance services are available. Indoor areas are well-maintained in the city. Public transportation is usable and within walking distance, which is very convenient. The metro is available nearby, making transportation very convenient. Water facilities are good and available 24/7. Power backup is available in the city. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the city. People are very friendly and respectful in the city, and cooperation is prevalent.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good; there is some seepage in the flats, which is very inconvenient. There might be some traffic issues outside the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the city. There is a mini party hall that is very convenient for parties. It is a small community with much space outside the society, which is very convenient. Water facilities are available 24/7, and power backup is also available in the city. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately, which is very convenient. People are very friendly and respectful in the city. Public transportation is available within 500 meters from the society, which is very convenient. The metro station is also nearby. There are also grocery stores outside the society.
Things need improvement
There are roads behind the apartments, so there is pollution, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the city. Parking is sometimes an issue in the city. Maintenance should be improved.

The amenities are well-functioning, including table tennis, a basketball court, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a children's play area, a walking track, and a community hall. Connectivity-wise, within 2 km, there are bus stops, schools, and grocery stores. The road condition is good, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. The water and power supply are reliable, and the lift is well-functioning. Construction-wise, there are no leakages on the walls, and all rooms have good ventilation and sunlight.
Things need improvement
There are fewer street lights in their society, which creates visibility and safety concerns, especially at night. Increasing the number of street lights would significantly enhance security and resident comfort.

There is a lot of greenery with many trees and plants in our society surroundings, providing fresh air. Connectivity-wise, there is a bus stop, school, and grocery stores within 1 km, with good road conditions and working street lights. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, and children's play area. Maintenance is well-managed with proper cleaning, daily garbage collection, and no issues with water, power, or lift maintenance. Construction is excellent with no wall cracks and great ventilation in the rooms. People are friendly and interact well with each other.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues in their society during peak hours, causing delays and inconvenience for residents trying to commute or run errands during these times.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good with no traffic issues. Parking is available in both the basement and open areas. The construction quality is good, with well-ventilated flats and no seepage or cracks. Maintenance of garbage collection is efficient. Elevators are installed and in nice condition. People are cooperative and friendly, creating a pleasant community environment. Overall, the infrastructure and basic amenities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
The amenities were lacking in variety. The swimming pool was dry and not usable. The gym was not very well maintained, with only one room available. The small play area for kids was also not well maintained.

Good things here
When required, the neighbours are equally kind and supportive. It doesn't become overly dirty and is kept in good condition. The community is well-connected, with buses and autorickshaws arriving on time. It doesn't take long for locals to get to these
Things need improvement
The society lacks a swimming pool, which might be a disappointment for residents seeking this amenity. Despite this, other facilities such as a gym, clubhouse, and garden are available. The absence of a swimming pool is the only notable shortfall in an otherwise well-equipped community.
